NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS The service could be a whole lot better for tourists since we ended up paying tens of extra euros because of bad communication. During our first arrival at our table (before our waiter even came to us), one non-english speaking waiter came to serve us different types of meat and we said "no we did not order this" and he told us something in italian (which none of us understand) and I assume it meant it is for every table so we took it. Each time we tried to commicate to the waiter in English he just rubbed us off like he didnt understand us, instead he could have found his english-speaking colleague to inform us. The waiter came three rounds in total with just a small piece of meat that tasted bland like they just threw the meat on the grill without any seasoning.
When it was time to pay for our food we found out the total for the food alone was at €90! And all three of us had the prices of the food we ordered summed up and it was no more than €48 in total. So after we paid we went back to ask for a compensation and explanation why we had paid the double amount and they finally told us about the all you can eat meat selection, and we got €18 back. In my opinion this was a quite unfair compensation as they told us nothing about the meat so we didnt know the prices of what we were eating and we couldn't communicate with them. It turned out only 1 of the waiters could speak english and he was the one that helped us with the compensation later on.
This restaurant is just money grabbers and do not care enough to try to find us someone we could communicate with. I highly dont recommend non italian speaking tourists to come here. The waiter clearly showed with his body language when we told him we didnt order this that it was for everyone so we thought it was like a free appetizer for everyone (as it literally was just two tiny pieces of sausages, one rib and one chicken leg). Read moreFirst inconvenience started with the check-in, phone sometime is picked up by staff not familiar with English, sometimes phone is not being picked up at all. Not really clear instructions delivered how to get the keys.
Entire apartment consists about 5 rooms, if you get lucky you will be assigned a room with separate bathroom with accessible only from your room. We on the other hand were not so lucky - our bathroom was in the main corridor so was accessible and used by people from all the other rooms.
The offer was saying that price includes breakfast, when we arrived it turned out that there is no breakfast as the restaurant opens at 10:30 (???).
Problems with WiFi, no clear information when would it start working correctly.
Really small kitchen, with a table for 3 people only. Doesn’t really matter as if you would like to cook anything you would have to buy your own pot or pan - refer to the picture and decide if you would like to cook anything on such stuff. The only pot that were let’s say most likely to use - were dirty and hidden in the oven. Not really able to wash the dishes as there is no hot water in the kitchen, also no dish soap provided.

Giorni prima ero andato di persona a chiedere disponibilità e il gestore (perché non penso sia il proprietario) mi aveva fatto vedere una casetta discreta non troppo pretenziosa e con un rapporto qualità prezzo più o meno giusto. Il problema più grande è stato all'arrivo, dopo 14 ore di nave check in previsto per le 10.00 ci fa attendere fino fino all'ora di pranzo sotto il sole caldissimo del periodo estivo. Ci dice che quell'appartamento aveva avuto un problema idraulico e ci avrebbe trovato un' altra sistemazione.. Andiamo in quest'altra sistemazione e invece di essere un appartamento per 6 persone era una stanza con soppalco con brandine cosi' bassa che nemmeno il ragazzino di 14 anni che era con noi poteva stare comodo, un bagno in camera dove il letto e i servizi igienici era separati da una tenda di fortuna, una puzza incredibile e tanto disordine.. Detto che comunque quella sistemazione non rientrava minimamente negli standard essenziali per vivere li.. Ci invita ad andare a Quartu Sant'Elena dove diceva di aver trovato un'altra soluzione.. ma purtroppo era solo per 3 persone.. allora noi ancora stanchi cerchiamo una nuova soluzione.. ma capirete bene quanto sia difficile trovarla nel periodo estivo.. Comunque dopo avevamo scoperto che l'appartamento non era fuori uso ma era occupato ancora per qualche giorno da altre persone.. dopo essere andati un una sistemazione lontano dal centro per quel periodo in cui l'appartamento era ancora occupato.. dopo 3 giorni siamo riusciti ad entrare in quell'appartamento che avevo visionato all'inizio.. però lo ritrovo tutto sporco e privo di ogni servizio.. dalla cucina...alle lenzuola.. alle asciugamani.. Problema più grande che il mio non è un caso isolato.. ma lo ripete con continuamente con tantissime persone.. inoltre tutti i soggiorni che fa sono rigorosamente a nero.. privi di qualsiasi fattura e ricevuta.. infatti mi sto muovendo per segnalare il tutto ad istituzioni competenti.. ho dato 1/5 perchè meno non si poteva.. è incredibile come persone mettano da parte i soldi per una vacanza e poi trovarsi difronte a...
