B & B CHARMING EMOTIONS — Hotel in Florence

We were so happy with this B&B in Florence. The location is amazing with tons of great restaurants and shops literally around the corner. It's a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, 10-15 minutes to the Academia and 10 minutes to Palazzo Vecchio/Uffizi. We loved the location. The room itself was SOOOOO nice. We stayed in the quad room (Giglio) with our 2 kids and it's such a well-thought out room. Each child had their own sofa bed, which was really more of a daybed, but the mattresses were SOOOO comfortable. The mattresses felt like they were made of memory foam. The most comfortable sofa beds I have ever seen. Wonderful mattresses and pillows and linens. We all slept like babies.||||The bathroom was very spacious with a large walk-in shower. Complimentary water, coffee, tea and cookies in the room. Breakfast was served at a cafe just down the street and the food was divine. You get your choice of 2 beverages and 2 food items. For the beverages, you can choose between specialty coffees, teas and freshly squeezed orange juice. For the food items, you can choose between pastries, sandwiches, yogurts, etc. Everything we tried was delicious and the best part is they bring it to you at your table. The breakfast pastries were even more delicious than the ones we had in Paris, which was our last stop on this trip.||||We loved it so much here and we wished we had another day or two in Florence. We hope to return to Florence one day and if we do, we will definitely be staying at B&B Emozioni Charme....

This hotel is right in the middle of everything in Florence. The best part, the excellent views of the Duomo from the roof. Now let me just give a brief overview of my experience. I arrived in Florence from Milan, I could not walk as I needed to get to the hotel with my luggage. I communicated to them to prior and asked the best way to get there and they shared what the cost would and even texted me on whatsapp to check. That means they are excellent in communication and responding to questions. Arriving, walked upstairs with my luggage and got a great welcome. Water offered and even though my room was not yet available waited a few minutes as I was checking in and voila - room ready. I checked into my beautiful room with beautiful views, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The location was amazing as I could walk anyway needed. They recommended a few amazing restaurants to have a meal, always there to help answer any questions and helped me book duomo climb. I can guarantee that you will forget that you are tired at the reception desk. Smiling staff members are amazing and very helpful. Perfect location is not the only advantage of this residence ..check attached photos taken nearby at minutes of walking .. it is clean , neat and contain good facilities.. breakfast is nearby in the same Street with limited choices .. and the elevator is slow motion type which might give you time to plan your day ahead :) ! You will have to move your luggage with elevator or stair, I disn't wait the elevator and was excited to use the stair, thanks to the woman who helped me on that. I enjoyed my stay with my family for two nights, even when we were forced to stay the second night at Vince because we missed the train, when we entered our room in the morning we forgot all our tiredness and we all smiled as we saw the table perfectly furnished by cups of juse and benuts will illegant paper saying ( enjoy your last night at florance ) This was a...
