I entered mostly out of curiosity, and left with the most amazing shopping experience of my life!
First, the museum itself was small, but colorful. I enjoyed the interactive element of the mirrors and videos. I also loved seeing all of the vibrant bags on display, as I'd always previously considered Gucci to be a rather monotone brand... but quickly realized that couldn't be further from the truth!
Second, the Gucci Garden Boutique was a unique blend of cozy and luxurious. I loved how they had a variety of bags and wallets that were exclusive to that store, as well!
It was my experience with Ana, though, that really set this outting apart from any other shopping experience I've ever had. Right away she was extremely friendly - not pushy, not judgey like you get in a lot of luxury boutiques - but authentically kind. She pulled a variety of products she thought I might be interested in, and as I took time to contemplate my purchase, she went on to offer me a bottle of champagne, which she opened as I perused. This was a level of treatment I'd never previously experienced, and was quite taken aback with delight! Then, when it was time to pay, she was incredibly patient and helpful with my international cards, and even gave me her contact information and provided me further assistance after I'd made my purchase.
From start to finish, Ana provided a truly exemplary customer experience. I'd never purchased a Gucci product before, but after this incredible experience, I'm so glad I wandered into Gucci Garden on a whim!...
