Hotel Bologna — Hotel in Florence

I reserved the hotel for four days. Hotel assigned a room in the basement with no ventilation and I was unable to breathe properly and felt suffocated. Hotel assigned a new room on second floor. The following day I was about to head out for a tour in Florence but was told to wind up and keep my luggage in the lobby and that they would assign a new room on the fourth floor in the evening. I wasted my time and hurried up to wind my stuff and baggage and left it by the reception desk. Came back at the hotel at 9:30 p.m. only to find out that they only have the room in the basement left out. All the other rooms are booked. We cancelled our reservation and spent an hour and a half to book a new hotel. It is already 11:00 p.m. and I am writing this review from the new hotel. I got bitten by mosquito at the hotel. Utterly tired and have an early morning train to catch.||||On the first day the grandfather lied, on the second day the father lied and on the third day evening the son lied.
