Le Stagioni — Restaurant in Florence

I was very well served by the waitress — both times I went there she was always attentive and polite! The food was excellent too! The only problem was the owner — he’s arrogant. We were waiting for a table, and the waitress seated us, but then one of his friends arrived and he came over speaking loudly, saying we didn’t have a reservation and had to leave the table. He treated us very poorly!

Even so, we stayed and had our meal, but when it came time to pay, there was a very hostile atmosphere from him. He looked disdainful, with a bad attitude, didn’t say a word to us — just typed the amount and took the payment. You could clearly see from his expression that we weren’t welcome there. We absolutely loved this restaurant. The service and food was so good that we had to come back a second time. What made our meals most memorable was the amazing service from Paulo. There was a solid language barrier , but that didn’t stop us from having the best dinner experiences. Paulo went above and beyond. He paid lots of attention to us and entertained us. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming as well; they even accepted us in when they were closing soon.

horrible to go, is my last time in italy and i ordered a risotto at 12 because my flight leaves at 2 and i expected to get it between 12:30 or 1:00, the restaurant didn’t pick the order up, the driver didn’t either and then it took like 2 whole hours to cook, the risotto looked really good and i was very excited but i couldn’t even try it, i hadn’t eaten all day waiting for this, so disappointing, i was hours without eating because the food didn’t come, horrible delivery service, wish they picked that...
