FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't say enough about the customer service of this boutique hotel that's in the middle of everything yet tucked on a quiet street. We were greeted by Andre who set the tone of what level of care they provide for their guests. Our luggage was sent to Rome instead of Florence and he gave us the rundown on places to find essentials until it arrived, but he also told us he'd call the airport the next day to check on the status and he did! Then there's Justin. My ankle and foot have been giving me a fit, so walking 20K+ steps daily required icing. Every night he made sure I had an ice pack! Also, he and Lorenzo taught me some Italian and gave recommendations to spots locals eat and get their Gelato. The latter was especially important because I was on a quest to indulge in it daily. We did a day trip to Rome and left really early for the train. The hotel put together a great variety of things to make sure we hit the Roman streets with full bellies, and they did the same thing the day we left because we had a very early flight. They also arranged a taxi for us both trips. I just can't express enough how touches like this make a difference!! Our room was cleaned/refreshed daily, the breakfast staff were kind and attentive, and the overall stay was a delight in large part because of the staff. I've stayed in a lot of 5 Star hotels and resorts across the globe and very few can rival the experience we had at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa. Grazie mille!!!

Initially, we booked a suite at San Firenze Suites & Spa for 2 nights, but due to some maintenance issues they had to re-book us at their sister hotel - Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa. They gave us plenty of notice (a couple of weeks), and we could cancel our original booking without any penalty if we chose to stay elsewhere. We didn’t want the hassle of finding a new place to stay and accepted the offer of re-booking, which at the end we thought was even a better location than where we booked originally. We got a lovely executive room that in fact was a suite. It comprised a decent size bedroom with plenty of storage and a comfy bed, a separate sitting area with a sofa and a dining table, and even a kitchenette that allowed you to cook a simple meal, with a coffee machine and a fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks. Both rooms also had a tv with a Sky box (we couldn’t get it to work though). The bathroom was very spacious, with a lovely rain shower. Overall, the suite was very well appointed - having everything for a nice stay, either short or long. All staff we spoke to were extremely polite and helpful, especially Santiago who greeted us and explained everything about the hotel and the area. The breakfast area was on the small side, but the selection was good (lovely cappuccino!). The location was superb, just round the corner from the Ponte Vecchio, and close to all the main attractions. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Our stay was flawless. The hotel is fabulous but what makes it even more fabulous is the staff. Each and every team member went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are all lovely! Our room was large and quite comfortable. We loved the bed, dual rain shower and hot tub, especially after walking all day. The living room and coffee area were perfect for someone like me who wakes up early. Appreciated being able to make coffee and sit on the sofa without disturbing my husband. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. The hotel is steps from the Ponte Vecchio bridge, Ponte Santa Trinita and Pitti Palace. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet there are dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within walking distance without having to cross the Arno. Higly recommed staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Stay at a Charming Hotel – A True Highlight of Our Trip!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for five nights, and it was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s exceptional service and genuine friendliness made us feel right at home. Their warm welcomes and attentive care set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

The breakfast spread was a delightful way to start each day, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was the perfect fuel for exploring the area. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with housekeeping doing an exemplary job of maintaining a pristine environment throughout our stay. The bathrooms were impeccable, featuring modern fixtures and luxurious touches that added a sense of indulgence.

A special mention goes to the adorable welcome touch of little macarons in the room upon arrival – such a charming and thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel valued. We stayed in a junior suite, and the jacuzzi tub was an absolute dream, providing a spa-like retreat that was pure bliss after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a short 20-minute walk to most major attractions, making exploration effortless and enjoyable. Adding to the charm is a stunning medieval building right in front of the hotel, which gives the area a quaint, almost magical ambiance that we loved.

This hotel truly excels in every way – from the outstanding staff and immaculate facilities to the prime location and thoughtful details. We 100% recommend staying here and can’t wait to return for another exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, luxury, and charm, this is it!

A special shout-out to Andre, Justin (concierges), and Kiara (hope I spelled it right) who worked so hard to make everyone here feel welcome and provided...
