Highly recommended. Not expensive, beautiful quality & value for money. Super awesome service, and the leather quality in this store is much higher than what you can normally find in Firenze. I recommend you skip the markets and come directly to this store - many of them sell only cheap leather and it's not worth the money.

I took my time choosing from 5 colours of the same bag and had nothing but absolute patience & amazing service from Giuseppe (I think that was his name). I purchased one of the backpack purses the strap broke three days after I purchased it I contacted the company to request that they replace the straps that I would gladly send them back the broken straps after weeks and weeks of back-and-forth emails they finally informed me that they were not the company who made them they only sold them and that the manufacturer would not deal directly with me so I had to pay 3999 to get the straps replaced this is really really unprofessional of this company very disappointed with them and would not recommend buying from them. Really enjoyed our experience shopping here. All of the leather items are beautifully made and seem to exude a sense of pride in craftsmanship. I was looking for a very specific design in a shoulder bag that would also convert to a backpack. I was 99% sure I had found what I was looking for at I Medici, but I wanted to make sure I didn’t see anything else I liked better at another shop.
