My friends and I recently stayed here for the long weekend for my hen do. I'll start with the positives. The location was great, the apartments were modern and had great facilities and it was a quiet area. Getting in and out of the buildings and rooms was also very easy. Customer service were very easy to contact and were responsive and they left a care package for us on arrival which is a lovely touch. In terms of the negatives, the sofa beds are absolutely not fit for purpose. We had 4 rooms total and none of the sofa beds lay flat, they were SUPER uncomfortable and we had x3 pregnant women with us. Whilst the customer service team got back to us immediately, I was told that this was just the design of the sofa beds and that they would give us an extra mattress to put on top of the bed or they would give us 15% off a new room, despite me having told them we had pregnant women with us. When I asked if we could have a new room I was told "we have offered a solution for the sofa bed, which you have rejected, so all we can offer at this point is a discount for a new paid reservation". Eventually we just took the extra mattress because it was starting to ruin my weekend and I had only just got there! The next day we still had people unable to sleep because of the uncomfortability of the beds so we tried complaining again. Eventually after a lot of back and forth the team gave us one new room which had a slightly improved sofa bed (although as I mentioned, NONE lay flat). There was very very limited hot water. If you have 4 people staying in the room I'm afraid only 1 of you will have a fully hot shower. The second will be lukewarm and the rest will be cold. The lighting in our room in particular (308) was truly terrible. There are two dull sconces in the room and other than that, nothing. The floor was also very dirty. I had forgotten slippers so walked around in my white socks and within seconds they would turn black. Read moreI booked a “superior” apartment (bedroom + sofa bed) in Milan, specifying that the sofa bed needed to be ready because I was traveling with my niece. On arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. Despite multiple calls and WhatsApp messages, the property failed to fix it. At one point, they even falsely claimed that sheets had been delivered, which was not true. We had to improvise ourselves to sleep comfortably.
Communication was chaotic and ineffective. Despite having a phone number and WhatsApp contact, no one took action, and apologies were repeated without results. I even had to personally find a housekeeper to resolve the issue, who confirmed she had never been informed by the team.
Breakfast: there is no on-site breakfast, and the property does not communicate this in advance. Guests can only use two partner locations:
Don Bistro (1 min walk): cozy and friendly, but breakfast is very limited (2 croissants, 1 hot drink, 1 juice per person). Not enough for a full morning, requiring extra purchases.
Farini (7-8 min walk): bakery/pastry style, extremely slow service (25-minute wait), poor welcome, and some guests left without finishing.
Rooftop: marketing photos are misleading. The rooftop is not accessible for guests; during our stay, access was refused due to a private event.
Location: excellent.

I made a confirmed booking at Bob W Ticinese well in advance. It was a non-refundable stay, fully prepaid, and meant to accommodate a small group arriving from abroad. Everything was confirmed, details were clear, and we even received pre-arrival messages.
Then, without warning and just hours before arrival, we were informed the reservation had been cancelled.
There was no phone call. No apology. Just a cold, automated email. When we tried to reach the property directly, no one picked up. When someone finally responded, they simply said “the system had an internal error and the room is no longer available.” That was all. No explanation. No accountability.
We were offered nothing. No relocation, no compensation, no assistance.
I had people landing in Milan that evening with nowhere to go. We had to scramble to find last-minute rooms at double the cost, far from the city center. The damage was not just financial, but also logistical and reputational — as I was responsible for the booking.
This property operates without transparency, reliability, or the most basic standards of hospitality. They are either overwhelmed, disorganized, or acting in bad faith. In all cases, they are not fit to welcome paying guests.
