Prima volta che scelgo questo cinema per un film con le amiche e probabilmente l’ultima a causa del PESSIMO staff in biglietteria. Personale a dir poco maleducato, che dovrebbe forse rivedere il modo di porsi al cliente, soprattutto se fa notare quello che è stato un loro errore. Siamo arrivate mezz’ora prima per prendere i biglietti, e alla domanda se volessimo tre posti uniti in seconda fila oppure separati su file diverse rispondiamo “seconda fila”. Paghiamo e andiamo a prendere il cibo, ma quando ci avviamo alla sala leggiamo che i nostri posti sono su file diverse. Chiediamo se è possibile cambiare i posti con ciò che abbiamo richiesto e questo ragazzo risponde scocciato che non è colpa sua e che ormai la sala è piena, mentre la collega dalla quale abbiamo acquistato, una signora bionda e con gli occhiali, sostiene con tono cafone di aver “assolutamente” selezionato ciò che abbiamo chiesto, per proseguire poi con atteggiamento ancor più cafone nel chiederci i biglietti indietro per un rimborso se non ci andava bene (e farci levare di torno in maniera rapida). Sarebbe bastato ammettere l’errore che può assolutamente capitare e chiedere scusa a delle clienti che hanno pagato 30€ di biglietti per finire a guardare un film separate in posti a caso, invece che rivolgersi a noi come fossimo tre stupide.
