Great Stay in Naples with a Few Small Improvements Needed

We had a great stay at this hotel in Naples. The location is perfect—central, walkable, and convenient. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and everything feels brand new thanks to a recent refurbishment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and stayed warm. We also really appreciated having a balcony for fresh air and ventilation, and the room included a TV.

There were a few areas that could be improved. During our three-day stay, we never saw anyone at reception, which made some things—like paying the tourist tax—a bit inconvenient, since we had to do it by bank transfer. Housekeeping isn’t done daily unless you request it in advance, and it comes at an additional cost. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper ourselves.

The room had a kettle with tea bags and two disposable cups, which was a nice touch. However, once we had one cup each, we couldn't make another cup of tea because the disposable cups weren’t replenished. It would be great if they provided ceramic mugs you can reuse, or at least restocked the disposable ones daily. The current setup with flimsy cups and hot water isn’t ideal.

Overall, despite these small issues, I’d still recommend the place. It’s modern, comfortable, well-located, and offers great value. A bit more presence at reception—even just during limited hours—would really enhance...

This hotel was perfect and made our stay much better. We had a delayed flight so we arrived to the hotel sround midnight and Francesco was extremely kind to provide instructions for check in and always great communication. The hotel is beautiful, very modern, great AC and a mini fridge, very clean. I loved our little balcony. This hotel was the best part of our stay! Great location, few meters from the metro station, great shops and the breakfast included in the bar closeby was delicious. The hotel is on the 4th floor, there's a lift. There's absolutely no noise from the street, the windows are very good. We felt very safe in this area of town, the Corso Umberto is a great place to stay. Overall, great experience! Stayed twice at iodis relais on a recent trip to Napoli. Great experience. We had the family room which was great for comfort and space. Check in was easy. Luca was great with recommendations and really helpful. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was great, very friendly staff who served great coffee and were very patient with our kids.
