Read moreWe were bitterly disappointed by our experience with Incentro. Upon arrival (after a number of earlier discussions with management), we only then discovered that the room we had booked and paid for was unavailable. An alternative room was provided, which was noisy, stuffy, with broken fixtures, stained furniture and extremely dated fitout (early 1980s – see accompanying photos). Polignano was full so we were left thinking we had no alternative. Despite the extremely large difference in amenity condition, Incentro refused to provide us with a discount, saying it was the same value because there was a second shower and kitchen, and offered us “free” breakfast (which we had already prepaid for anyway in our original booking). We can think of nothing positive to say about our experience. We feel completely ripped off. We have to give one star to register this review, but would prefer to apply zero. Put simply, Incentro did not deliver what we had paid for. We would recommend that future prospective guests consider other...
Read moreEXCELLENT LOCATION! Clean and modern fixtures. Central and near to the famous historic bridge and cove Lama Monachile, historic old town, and belvedere points (vista points that overlook the sea).
It is right by the street but we had no issues with noise and we stayed during the night of big local holiday.
We left our luggage at the front desk with no issue as we still had a few hours to spare after checkout time.
