Residenza Cantore — Hotel in Verona

Booked this through Booking.com. Was very happy with the location and the room. I had no issues communicating with the manager about my arrival time, and even though we had a train mishap and ended up arriving much later than expected - we were given all the information we needed to enter the flat. The only issue we had was that I wasn't aware you needed to pay the ciity tax in cash- and had no Euros on me. The woman was so nice and covered it for me, and I am mailing her the cash. This place is not serious. I made a reservation and you must let them know your time of arrival 30min before gettting there. I did so, but when I got there, no one showed up to check me in or even pick up the phone. Tried calling multiple times, messaging, ringing the bell (which doesn’t actually work) - no response at all. Asked the shop nextdoor if they knew about the BnB and they said is normal to see people waiting for a long time to be checked in. Didn’t think twice to cancel it and booked another place a few...

La mia recensione evidentemente non è stata gradita, specificava solamente che puoi avere tutto ciò che vuoi,... Chiedendo. Come una saponetta in più (visto che eravamo in due) o una cialda di caffè in più (visto che ne prendo più di 2 al giorno), poi criticavo la descrizione della stanza fatta dalla struttura, non si può dire "affaccio in cortile", quando ti affacci in una chiostrina puzzolente di fumo x i dipendenti del bar sottostante che sono in pausa, I motori dei condizionatori, e lo sporco di mozziconi di sigarette e escrementi di piccioni sui davanzale e tettoie dei balconcini...
