I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience it provided. From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.

The hospitality at this hotel is nothing short of extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel not just like a guest, but like a cherished member of their extended family. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my comfort was evident in every interaction, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. I was consistently impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist with any request, no matter how big or small.

One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly its rooftop bar. Perched high above the city, it offers breathtaking panoramic views that left me in awe. Whether you're sipping a handcrafted cocktail or enjoying a delectable meal, the rooftop bar provides an unforgettable backdrop for any occasion. The ambiance is sophisticated yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city or to celebrate a special moment.

The hotel's attention to detail extends to its accommodations as well. My room was a haven of comfort and elegance, providing a serene escape from the bustling city below. The tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and luxurious amenities created an environment of pure relaxation.

In summary, this hotel sets a new standard for hospitality. The genuine care and warmth of the staff, coupled with the breathtaking rooftop bar, make it a destination in its own right. Whether you're a traveler seeking a memorable getaway or a local looking for an exceptional dining experience, this hotel is the epitome of excellence. I can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this truly remarkable...

Stop! Book this hotel! I stayed here with my teenage daughter for a few nights during October Half Term. |The location is perfect. Based in the historical old town, in the one side you have the beautiful Arena and steps away from the main Piazza- on the other side L, you have the maid shopping street. Everything is so close. |The hotel itself is also a mix of old and new. A historical 17th century building but with slick, modern amenities. The rooms were lively, beds comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. Including gluten free options! The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. This all made for a lovely experience during our first trip to Verona. Alessandro, Bianca and Dipa were amazing, but all staff we met were. |The best part for us was the jacuzzi on the rooftop. What a phenomenal view! We went up every evening just before it got dark and it was a lovely experience to relax with such a beautiful view of the Piazza and Arena all lit up. ( Tip- you could feel a little exposed if you visit the jacuzzi on a Saturday evening when it is full of well dressed people sitting around you having a drink and socialising! - go a hit earlier at the weekend before the crowds descend!)|We also used the spa which was really nice too. I am a very fussy traveller when it comes to hotels but this was perfect in every way and I would thoroughly recommend. Small and friendly and...

This is a lovely and quaint hotel, stylishly decorated and conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the amphitheater. Piazza Bra and all the shops are close by but yet it is in a quiet side street.

My 11-year old daughter and I got there about 11am, a few hours before the advertised check-in time. But our room was ready and we could get in straight away. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful.

The room was small but very functional. There was wireless chargers on both bedside tables. Open wardrobe and dressing table save a lot of space, perfect for short stays.

I chose this hotel because of the location and the roof top view. The jacuzzi was small, but no one was ever in it at both of the occasions that we used it. So it worked well for us.

Breakfast room has a small courtyard, which offers a modern and relaxed atmosphere. There was a good selection of food, and the fresh fruits were in abundance; delicious sweet melons, pineapple, apricots, nectarines, apples, kiwis etc.

If I had to choose one area of improvement, I would say that I wish they served small snacks at the roof top bar in the afternoon. Snacks like aranacini, focaccia, salad etc would be good additions to the drinks menu.

Overall it is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone (except very young children)...

This hotel is NOT a 3 stars hotel, in fact, for me its a 5 star. I love everything. The staff were so welcoming. You will see everyone smiling excited to give you a warm greeting. Natalia, the receptionist was so helpful at giving me recommendations for restaurant, where to eat and what to do in the city. I have followed her suggestion (I’m so glad I did) and had the BEST 3 course meal dinner for my first time stay in Verona! Great job Natalia ;) Regarding the room, mine was spacious and beautiful. When I entered, I was so surprise of how simple but elegant it looked, I felt being in a 4-5 star hotel. The bathroom was so clean, spacious and, like I said earlier, looked like a 5 stars’ (Believe me - I work in a 5 star hotel and in most of my travels I checked in to 5 stars, this time for Verona, I made an exception because the city was small.. and I’m glad I did.) Room service was also a plus. I ordered a dessert, they call it “cool cake” which made it really cool lol, its an almond cake with espresso. It taste so great! Breakfast was also great. I didn’t expect that abundancy in a 3 stars hotel. I just know.. they made my trip in Verona as awesome as I’m imagining it to be.

I don't have enough superlatives to describe this lovely hotel and the service we had here! The location is perfect and cannot be beaten particularly if you are going to the opera. To be able to come out at 1am and walk a very short distance to the hotel was very much appreciated by us. We could see the amphitheatre from our room, and the service on reception was kind, efficient and friendly. We had one night in the lowest level of room because of availability on the Saturday night, which was indeed pretty small but still very comfortable, clean and new. Then we asked if an upgrade was possible for our second night. Amazingly the hotel gave us one of the 3 suites at a very reasonable upgrade price. It was tremendous! A bedroom, sitting room, lovely bathroom with a double shower and spa-like colour changing lights. Then the major surprise, a very big terrace with a view over to the amphitheatre, our own hot tub and sauna! Absolutely heaven on earth. We drank cocktails and ate in the rooftop bar and it was a beautiful experience. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to help. This hotel is a MUST for Verona.
