We did the all you can eat option when we went. You can order seafood by itself but we didn't. There is also take out menu. English menu: yes
Protip: the scallop isn't a scallop, it's a mussel. I was confused when I said I didn't see any and when we asked for more we got mussels.
Protip 2: my partner isn't a big fan of cracking crab legs. The ayce basic one comes with one cluster of snow crab. That's not ayce but for me it's plenty plus he gave me his. So for me I don't need the ayce option with snow crab (extra 2000 yen)
The buffet itself is good to fill you up. The drink station has the standards plus some flavored water which I prefer with a buffet since I like to eat my calories instead of drink them. I don't find seafood fills me up in the same way, I just like eating it for the flavor... It's a decent amount of work cracking into it though. It's not amazing I'm variety, but it is decent. The siu Mai is better than the har gow, but the dumplings have gao choy. I'm guessing they do vary it a bit as it looked different on this visit with the food items. Went for the seafood boil twice (this was my second visit) Did not try the steamed option. I didn't understand what the thing in the middle of the table was until this time. Next time I might want to try it. Both times I went for the lemon butter which is bland but you can add salt (is a condiment that you have to grab) but at least you can control it that way. My partner got the spicy Chinese one that reminded me of when we did Chongqing style hot pot as well as the Cajun. The time he had Cajun it was a bit over powering so we don't recommend over the other two.
You can get free parking with the restaurant. Get the voucher from the restaurant then go to pay at the end. I didn't realize until we were paying with the free qr code that they video your car going in. So definitely, Park under the restaurant but get that parking...
Read moreLet's start with the great view of the sun setting. We were kind of lost as to what to do, and how and when and where. So, first in the front of the building facing MB gallery is a door heading to different restaurant entrances. Take the stairs or elevator to the top. Then when you go in (you are able to make reservations online ahead of time) you decide, if available, eat inside or out. Inside is the only place you can do the fresh steamed all you can eat option. If you do the hand picked option you can sit outside overlooking the ocean. Pick which option you want after seated. If you pick inside, then pick the all you can eat you can eat, you will have 90 minutes. There is a QR code you scan to order more. The steaming is done on your table. They will bring you more as you order. Steams about 10 minutes so plan ahead. So after you order, if you have the half buffet option, you go help your self to 2 tables of food. Across from buffet are the drink station, if you bought it, and the sauces you may want with your meal including lemon juice, salt sauce, Tabasco, green onions. Plus there silver ware, plastic ware, napkins, chopsticks, wet wipes, scissors for crab legs, etc. There are bowls on the lower shelf for your shells. Butter costs extra and must be ordered from your waiter. Which ours was Phillip and he was great!!! There is also an option for ice cream too. There is a good size alcohol menu also. (Tell Phillip you want the short island ice tea .. 😂) Then there is porridge as the last dish. You can add your own flavors. It was boiling on your table...

We visited with high hopes based on online reviews, but the experience left us deeply disappointed. • Staff were cold and unwelcoming, which set the tone from the start. We speak Japanese, so this wasn’t a language issue — just clear disinterest. • The “all-you-can-eat” model is completely misleading. You only get one small portion of seafood per steam tray, and each one takes 10 minutes to cook. By the time you finish one, you’re still hungry and left waiting. Realistically, after you allowed course of food is finished and you’re to order extra food under the all-you-can-eat rule, you can only manage to cook an extra 2–3 trays in the 90-minute window. Which are again, small portions. • While you’re technically allowed to order more, the portions stay tiny, and they refuse to load up trays to save time. • The buffet section (salads, fried food, etc.) was stale and lukewarm — clearly not fresh. • We also splurged on the king crab legs (¥10,000) and regretted it. The legs were covered in sharp spikes, impossible to hold or cut. When we finally asked the kitchen to help, the meat was so overcooked it couldn’t be scraped out.
We ended up paying ¥20,000 for a lunch that felt like a scam. It’s a rigid system designed to limit your access to what you paid for. Beautiful view, but not enough to save the experience. Would not return...
