Naughty By Nature — Restaurant in Chatan

Naughty by Nature has one of the best Wagyu Burgers I’ve ever eaten since living on the Island of Okinawa. Hubby and I decided to dine in for a little lunch date we have once a week. I had heard great things about the burgers here and thought why not give them a try. I’m so glad we did. The customer service was awesome and they were very nice people. The restaurant is small but has such a huge welcoming impact and feel. The decor is nice and gives a beach vibe. They have seating for the inside and outside. A wonderful place to also take some really nice photos. We both ordered the wagyu burger with their Jack Daniels sauce and side of potatoes that came with a drink of our choice. Because of the time we dined, we ordered from the lunch special menu. I added a fried egg to mine which made the burger even better. They have an open kitchen which I always adore because you get a chance to see the chef perform. It took about 10 to 15 mins after ordering but well worth the wait. Everything was fresh and delicious. My mouth was bursting with flavors from each bite. The potatoes were cooked to perfection. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The burger melted in your mouth. Very juicy, and full of deliciousness. I loved everything about this restaurant, the workers, the atmosphere and decor. I was very excited about coming here, but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing. When I arrived with my fiancé there were already a few tables eating and only one other waiting to order.

This is when I became very upset:

1. It took 20 minutes just for us to be given a menu.
2. by the time we received the menu, the burger we asked for was already sold out.
3. all the other burgers are just Patties with a sauce and you have to pay extra to add cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.
4. When my fiancé asked for the set, what he received was 4-5 baby bites of potatoes, a dipping cup’s worth of cole slaw, and no beverage.
5. we both ordered a Coca Cola and did not receive them. By the time my fiancé finished his burger we still had not received the drinks.
6. When we were ready to check out, they actually missed an order of Coca Cola and we were going to be charged for the Coca Cola they did write down, but that we never received. If I didn’t look over the check, we would have been charged.

Overall a very upsetting experience so I wouldn’t recommend...

1st time here, was craving a burger and so many placea showed up but this one caught my eye. Took the motorcycle out and drove around to check it out. The place is alittle hidden if you miss the turn youll have to come back around. There is paid parking spots available and they give you a parking voucher for up to 2 hours i believe.

What i ordered: Bacon Cheese Burger Potatoe Wedges 5pc Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Bacon Cheeseburger: Was amazing, cooked perfectly, nice and juicy, perfect amount of melted cheese ontop.

Potatoe Wedges: Crispy outside, soft and fluffly inside.

Chicken Wings: i love a good chicken wing, the wings were also cooked/fried perfectly crispy outside, juicy chicken, tossed in a nice dry rub. not spicy but they have options for hot wings or sauced. The dipping ranch was also very good, i believe the ranch is made in house.
