Tasty burgers and fries, however we had a very unwelcoming experience with one staff member. (To clarify the American/Canadian girl was lovely so not talking about her). We waited in a line as most people do to get into yummy places like this and we spent close to 20,000 yen here ordering 4 burgers, 2 fries and a bottle of wine to split. As soon as we’d finished our burgers this particular staff member swooped in to take away all our dishes and even our glasses of water and it really felt like they were trying to hurry us out even though we hadn’t even been there for an hour and one person was still eating. We hadn’t even finished our bottle of wine yet when she then came back and gave us our check, not even asking if we wanted anything else. She then rolls her eyes and walks back over to our table to take away our wine glasses when one of our members hadn’t even finished her wine. I understand they need to accommodate lots of people during busy times, but they also need to focus on the people who they are serving there and then. We wouldn’t have had an issue if they had communicated kindly to hurry up or that there was a 40min time cap but this was not the case, the very visable eye roll...
Read moreWe ate at Yuki Burgers twice during our 6-night stay in Hakuba, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip! After a long day on the slopes, my partner and I were hangry and ready to kill each other because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat – every restaurant in Hakuba was fully booked. Thankfully, Yuki Burgers seated us right away, and from the moment we took our first bite, we knew we’d found something special.
The burgers were absolutely delicious – juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. We loved the vibe of the place too – it felt cozy, welcoming, and had such a great atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we invited our friends to join us there for our last night in Hakuba, and they were just as impressed.
If you’re in Hakuba and craving a good meal, we can’t recommend Yuki Burgers enough! It saved our night and became...

The burgers are huge and well worth it especially if you are hungry. Just be aware the burgers are twice as big compared to typical burgers. If you are getting the double one, make sure you are hungry because it is really big.
The fries and the onion rings are great too especially with the truffle dipping sauce which is a must. One downside of the onion rings is that it didn't come with many, but they are big.
Try to avoid peak hours if you don't want to wait. We were 2 family with 10 people and we were able to find seat just because we were early like 5:30pm. Any later, we would have had to wait.
Definitely worth checking out if you want a...
