BON Kyoto Station — Hotel in Kyoto

I stayed twice at this place in 2022, first almost teo.months with my family and then aclose to a month by myself. I only have good things to say about Bon Kyoto Station. The rooms were spottless clean, nice size, fully equiped, confortable, and with good wifi connection. The hotel is very close to a train rail but the noise is very minimal during the day and night. It never bothered us, as ypu can barely hear the trains passing by. The personnel was absolutely great, super friendly, accomodating, and ready to help. I got to interact more with Mariko (via email), who is a maneger, I think, and with Elly on the front desk. Both are great and Elly was always pleasant to interact with, always smiling and ready to help with any advice needed. They went beyond their obligations with me as I received mail at the hotel and even now that I am back in the USA I am getting messages letting me know they have gotten letters for me, checking what to do with them. The overall environment was more personal than all other hotels that I have been in Kyoto (at least four more) and that felt nice. Price was good too. Thanks Bon Kyoto Station for making our stay...

I was staying in BON Kyoto Station with my family of 3 people. The service has prepared a massive amount of breakfast breads and water bottles stocked on the kitchen counter or in the fridge. We were staying in the 4th floor from where you have an amazing view onto Kyoto, Kintetsu Kyoto Line railway and also a Shinkansen railway in the background! The beds are extremely comfortable, the ground of the bedroom is a rug, the shower is very high quality and we have been provided with an extremely professional shampoo, body soap and even a hair conditioner! Speaking of conditioning, the air conditioning was excellent, it worked perfectly, no problems with the controls of it. A Hotel Apartment that is ideal if you would like to cook ur own meal as an induction cooker and Microwave are provided. Just a walking distance from Aeon Mall, Kyoto Station and Toji Temple. We like the sound of the train pass by as it sounds like Arnold Terminator movie theme. Washing Machine is outside ur room, but there's dryer system inside the shower room. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no housekeeping service, but they provided enough amenities to last throughout our stay. You can get more amenities from the Front Desk. This room will be perfect if they have these included: Full-length Mirror Shelves or Cabinet to put your clothing and items Hooks inside the toilet to hang clothes. Fully Recommended to stay here...
