10月9日18時頃に訪問しました。口コミが良かったので特に考えずに来ましたが、タックスリファンドの手続き中、若い男性スタッフが非常に無礼でした。私が「サイン」という言葉をすぐ理解できなかったところ、「サイン！サイン！！！」と大声で怒鳴られました。日本でこんな失礼な対応を受けたのは初めてです。その後、日本人の中年男性客にはとても丁寧に対応していて、正直差別だと感じました。韓国人や日本語があまり得意でない外国人の方はご注意ください。

10월 9일 오후 6시경 방문했습니다. 리뷰가 좋아 아무생각 없이 방문했는데, 택스리펀을 받는 과정에서 젊은 남자 직원분이 매우 불친절했습니다. 사인 발음을 제가 못알아들으니 사인! 사인!!! 하며 소리치더군요. 일본에서 이런 불친절함은 처음 받아봅니다 ㅎ 이후 일본 중년 남자 고객에겐 매우 친절하게 대우하기에 차별이라 느꼈네요. 한국인이나 일본어를 못하는 외국 분들은 참고하세요!
