I stayed here for several nights. This hotel is good for the price, and is situated in a very convenient location. I'm not sure what the other negative reviewers were expecting here for the kind of price they had to pay.||||The Osaka Metro's Dobutsuen-Mae Station is a short walk away, and the JR Shin-Imamiya Station is a little down further. It was easy to get to the airport from JR Shin-Imamiya, I just had to take a train to Tennoji then got on a Haruka train from the same platform. The Shinsekai area is also nearby if you want to shop or have a bite.||||I requested for a room at the female-only 7th floor and had a separate bedroom for myself, with a mini-fridge, TV, and a small chair/table. There was a shared toilet/wash room in the middle of the hallway. The sink areas could have used more regular cleaning but the toilet areas were okay.||||My room had a nice view of the Tsutenkaku Tower, but it was also overlooking the 24/7 Mega Donki Store. Even with the curtains closed, my room still remained pretty bright. This could have been solved with blackout curtains.||||There were only two closed showers on the first floor for females, so I opted to use the Japanese-style bath instead. This might be awkward for non-Japanese people, but it was the most convenient option and it's such a relief to dip in the hot bath after a long day of walking and carrying heavy bags. There are several open showers beside the bath, and shampoo, conditioner and soap are also provided.||||At the ground floor, there's also a large area for storing luggage, and a weighing scale. There's also a rather charming kitchen and dining area where guests can cook or eat food bought from outside, with a large TV. You can get free ice refills from the machine in the kitchen. You'll also pass by two vending machines for beverages when going to the elevators.||||Security-wise, guests are asked to leave their keys at the lobby. I left my belongings in my room for two days to travel to Hiroshima, and they were fine when...
