I would love to rate zero star but systewouldn’t allow, this hotel deserves no star at all. I’m checking out on 29/04, 9:50am. The receptionist, an old man wearing formal shirt, is being so annoying and double standard to those who can’t speak Japanese(foreigners, even Asian). I inserted my check out card, after that the receptionist asked me what’s my enquires, I told him that I would like to check out and store my luggage. He replied rudely and said WAIT, WAIT. I’m shocked and disappointed that he assumed I’m trying to cut queue, however he didn’t knew that I had stayed at Japan for a month, and I totally understood their manners and ethics. He totally ruined my day. The room itself is not cleaned through, lots of dust and moles as mentioned by previous people. The surrounding is full of homeless people, rubbish scattered everywhere....
Read moreGood location. Terrible bed and reception staff.
Bed is low in height and cheap. Bed mattress is one piece together with bed frame. First time saw this kind of bed, it’s really low and hard I can’t sleep.
Reception man assume I was from China, he was very rude to me and even speak Mandarin to me… I asked politely if i can store luggage here and he replied in Japanese very impatiently. He said lockers are all full. unbelievable attitude to customer
