If there's one bowl of ramen that haunts my cravings, it's Konshinya in Namba. I think about this ramen at least once a week, and honestly, if someone asked me why I keep coming back to Japan, this would be a top reason.

The magic starts with fully customizable noodle doneness and broth richness, so you get the exact experience you crave. For me, that means a beautifully thick, deeply flavored broth that I’ll drink to the last drop and chewy, perfectly textured noodles that hold up beautifully.

And then there’s the pork chashu—just fantastic. Rich, tender, and packed with umami, it melts in your mouth yet still has that perfect balance of bite and fattiness. Every ingredient in the bowl is so well-crafted that it feels like an art form rather than just a meal.

大阪府浪速区日本橋の南海難波駅より 徒歩５分から10分前後にある魂心家に行きました😊 ラーメンを食券で購入後、店員さんが 味（醤油・塩・味噌・黒胡椒味噌）の四つから どれにされますかとスピーディーに聞いてくれました。 飲んだ後だったので、醤油にしました😊 キリッとした醤油が飲んだ後に最高で ペロッと食べてしまいました😍

ご飯とセットで食べるのであれば、味噌・黒胡椒味噌は何杯でも行けるので、たくさん食べたい人や学生さんにオススメです。 ちなみにライスバー（ライス食べ放題）はオープンから18時までなので、夕食や飲んだ後では対応していないので、注意してください。 私はライス取りに行こうとして止められました笑 すみませんでした。

あと毎月22日はラーメン一杯500円と破格で食べられるので、是非行ってみてください😊
