Great place to stay, I absolutely recommend it! The host is the sweetest, he dropped by to give us some peaches because they're in season right now. He responds VERY fast and comes over if you need anything! The apartment is big enough to open two suitcases which is greatly appreciated when you travel with large luggage. It is close to the subway station which has an elevator and escalators. Convenience stores, supermarket, drug store and restaurants are all close by. At night very quiet as it is a residential area despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku/Shin-Okubo. The beds were really comfy. The staircase is decorated cutely with lots of Ghibli motives.

This is my first time in Japan and started of in Tokyo. Andy’s Garden Inn has a very friendly host who made us feel welcome from the start. The location of the place is superb. It’s very quiet and clean and getting there is easy and such a cozy route to walk. Our stay here exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely would recommend and visit again in the future. Thank you so much.

I cannot fault Andy's Inn one bit. The owner greets you and is absolutely lovely. He even puts badges on your apartment door with the country you are from.

We were shown around, where everything was including the clothes washing facilities, and our room had beds already made (for Japanese style, where you usually have to make your own), and AC, with a balcony.

We would often get greeted by the owner when coming or going for the day, and he was always extremely cheerful!

Absolutely recommended to stay. Will stay...

My fam had an amazing time staying at Andy's Inn! It was the 2nd time here. The host, Andy, speaks fluent English/Chinese, and always happy to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable!

They literally have everything including toiletries, TV, fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi. So I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in...
