During my recent visit to Tokyo, I had the pleasure of staying at the Ano Hotel, and it turned out to be a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location offered easy access to nearby activities and attractions. Whether you want to explore the city's vibrant neighborhoods or immerse yourself in Tokyo's cultural offerings, this hotel provides a convenient starting point for your adventures. Additionally, the price for my stay was excellent, providing great value for the quality of accommodation and services offered.
The staff at Ano Hotel were not only friendly and attentive, but they also spoke good English, which made communication smooth and hassle-free. Their accommodating nature added to the overall positive experience. As a bonus, I received a breakfast coupon with my reservations, allowing me to start each day with a delicious and satisfying meal.
The room itself was spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The prepared sheets added a touch of comfort and attention to detail. The bathroom was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic experience throughout my stay.
One standout feature of the room was the television, which offered various online services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. This provided entertainment options for those moments of downtime, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their favorite shows or movies. Moreover, the view from the Tokyo Skytree was genuinely marvelous, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city's skyline. It added an extra layer of charm and beauty to the overall experience at the hotel.
Ano Hotel caters to many travelers, making it suitable for singles, couples, and families. The amenities and services ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel's restaurant further added to the positive experience. The food served was delicious, offering a diverse range of options to cater to different tastes. The workers at the restaurant were charming and helpful, making dining a pleasant and memorable experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Ano Hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo. Good view of Sky tower soaring about roof tops from the outside walkway to rooms. The rooftop patio ( one of the reasons we selected this hotel) was out of bounds.Breakfast is a typical McDonalds poster/actual product affair. Ie doesn't match up. Read moreWe booked this last minute for a one night so we didn't really care. However there were a caviate of issues. The bathroom is a... unique design. The main sink and mirror is in the shower and is very small. So if you want to brush your teeth or fresh up in a dry area, you'll have to do so before your shower. And this gets more difficult when rooming with someone. The sink water and shower use the same handle to turn on so make sure you know which is what. The bathroom is so small that it's hard to store your used towels and toiletries. We also used the coin laundry they had downstairs since it was so convenient. Not only is the detergent you pay for bad and stained our clothes, the dryer took three cycles to dry 90%ish. It's cheaper than public coin laundry and hotel laundry service but not worth it. Only thing we liked about it was the view of skytree we had when leaving our room and looking out in the balcony. If you care about minimal space and convenience, try to find somewhere else in Asakusa. Its better to pay more for a more...
