2023 August 4★ Stayed for about a week. A 4 story building, but only the first 3 floors have rented accommodations. Each floor with about 3 or 4 units.
Registering is simple - via intercom at the lobby. Once complete, they send you the code. Everything is keypad access. Shared kitchen and laundry is available which is nice. Bed was good. Comforter/blanket was fluffy and soft. Nice that they have small personal items available in the unit.
Pros: affordable with sleeping for 4. Great for families. Breakfast is included, but it's a loaf of bread for each person. Don't get me wrong, the bread was great. Tasted amazing. Though by the 3rd or 4th day, having the same time was tiring. Though they did offer walnut and orange version on one of a day. Residential area and it's quiet. They have black out curtains!!! Great to help you sleep on those exhausted days.
Cons: a bit of a walk from the station. Not too bad, but adds about 8 minutes. A residential area, so there's nothing close by to eat. Did encounter a bug in the unit, however it was dealth with very quickly. Communication and response was quick.
Overall. All things considered, it's a decent place to stay for value. Could be cleaner, but good...
Read moreFirst of all, everyone was very welcoming, hospitable and friendly. My husband and our group of 5 friends were there for a full 15 days and 14 nights and no one was ever EVER rude to us. We met multiple staff and they were all very nice. Especially the dude with the crocs and dreads. He was super cool. The location was quiet and in a great area! Within walking distance to all of the major railway stations that can take you anywhere in Tokyo. This place is excellent if you are looking for a cheap place to stay with all the necessary amenities) It is also super clean! I would definitely recommend to pack lightly however, as is traditional of all Japanese hotels, space is limited. There is an extra storage closet where you can lock your luggage/belongings but it is located on the first floor. There is also a small kitchen with fridge and sating area for eating or lounging. No bathtubs but who needs a bathtub anyway when you’re in Japan!! Go to onsen, don’t be a chicken...
Read moreMy wife and I stayed here for about 14 days and we had six people all together. We went around the beginning of when COVID-19 was starting. Although we weren’t really affected it by, we feel compelled to let people know how amazing our stay was with them! The room was clean, with am amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. It was minutes away from local attractions and if you rent a car like I did you are near a freeway! Otherwise you are about five minutes away from the train station. Along with that, the staff was VERY nice and even though they say they don’t you with taking any luggage up the stairs the guy with the dreads was super nice and helped us up. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean and if you did rent a car there are several spots around to park your car, although you have to pay for parking, not uncommon for Japan. Overall the stay with them was amazing, my wife and I will...
