售后服务态度挺垃圾的一个店，去年买的板子和固定器加鞋子，固定器后绑带连接条断了，去店里售后百般阻挠，管我要去年买的购物小票，没有小票不管，找了电子结账单之后又说，不能只换连接条，整个后绑带全要换，差不多1万日币，我特么就坏了个连接条你要我1万日币你怎么不去抢，真就是一锤子买卖呗，钱赚麻了，店飘了？要不就特么一问三不知，什么时候能修好不知道，具体要花多少钱也不知道，就坏了不想管，想让你自己买配件自己修，那我去店里买的意义何在？买的时候说的好听坏了来店里修，然而真的坏了之后呢，又有谁会管你。

アフターサービスの態度が本当にひどいお店です。去年ここでスノボとビンディングとブーツを購入しましたが、ビンディングのリアストラップの接続部分が壊れたので、店に修理をお願いしたところ、色々と面倒な対応をされました。まず、去年の購入時のレシートを要求されて、レシートがないと対応しないと言われました。電子決済の明細を見せた後も、接続部分だけの交換はできないと言われ、リアストラップ全体を交換する必要があり、1万円近くかかると言われました。接続部分が壊れただけなのに、1万円も取るなんて強盗と変わらないでしょう？本当に一回きりの売り逃げ商売ですね。お金を儲けすぎてお店が調子に乗っているのでしょうか？それに、こちらが質問しても「いつ修理が終わるか分からない」「具体的にいくらかかるか分からない」と、何を聞いても答えられない。壊れても対応する気がないので、自分で部品を買って修理してほしいという態度でした。それなら、このお店で買った意味は一体何だったのでしょうか？ もう二度と行きたくない！！！！！！！！！！

The after-sales service at this store is terrible. Last year, I bought a snowboard, bindings, and boots. Recently, the strap connector on the bindings broke, so I went to the store for repairs, but they made things incredibly difficult. First, they insisted I provide last year’s purchase receipt and refused to help without it. After I showed them the electronic payment record, they then claimed the connector couldn’t be replaced on its own and that the entire rear strap had to be replaced, costing nearly 10,000 yen. Are you kidding me? It’s just a broken connector, and you’re charging me 10,000 yen? Might as well rob me. This is clearly a one-time deal kind of business. They’re making so much money they’ve lost touch. And when you ask questions, it’s always “I don’t know.” When will the repair be done? “Don’t know.” How much will it cost? “Don’t know.” They clearly don’t want to deal with the issue and just expect you to buy the parts and fix it yourself. Then what’s the point of buying from the store in the first place? We spent quite a while searching the ski shops in the area for a pair of ski boots for my wife (her first). Great experience with Yang. He helped me find some awesome boots and went the extra effort to make sure I was happy with them. I would highly recommend this shop. I had gone to a couple of the other big ones (Victoria and London) and no one even cared to speak to me. Maybe because I'm a foreigner. But Yang had no problem helping and he has a great personality.
