I regularly ate Nagao Chukasoba when they had a restaurant in Nagoya Station. When that location closed, I was devastated. That's why I visited this location in Tokyo, and I was not disappointed.
The Tsugaru BLACK is my favorite ramen, and it was so good to eat it again after the Nagoya restaurant closed. For me, it's a perfect bowl of ramen. The strong, salty sardine broth is amazing, and the noodles have perfect thickness, width, and chewiness. The chashu is good, but the broth and noodles are the stars of the show.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated their effort. Thank you for making my favorite ramen! Someday I'll travel to Aomori and visit the original...
