This is a lovely little hotel that is very conveniently located close to Haneda Airport. Our flight landed around 11pm and we called Hisayo (owner and host) to let her know we were on the way. She offered to pick us up from the airport, though we opted for the metro as we only had to travel four stops and then walk a short distance. We had a good sized tatami room that was perfect for the four of us (including our two young boys). The hotel is new and everything is fresh, clean and newly renovated. Hisayo is a wonderful host, her English is very good, and in addition to being great to talk with, she really went out of her way to help us. Her advice on what to see and where to stay in Japan was invaluable and we were able to plan and arrange the rest of the trip with her input. She even rang other hotels to negotiate the best prices, check availability and make bookings. I would say that we haven't found a better host at any hotel in all our travels. After such a great experience on our first night we booked our last night there as well before flying out from...

Absolutely phenomonal experience at Hisayo-san's establishment. She is fluent in English and extremely helpful to people who are new to Japan with tips and tricks of how to get by and be polite. My wife and I were fortunate enough to book a room at her Inn on our first night in Japan right after we got off our flight. It was heaven to have a nice room to sleep in and a nice soak after 18 hours on the plane and 22 hours of travel. Bathing facilities are communal but private use.
The area around her establishment is extremely safe even though it is right outside the airport, within 3 miles of HND. Once off the Keikyu line the area is extremely walkable and very pleasant.
Definitely catch the Keikyu line from the Airport to get to the station nearest the Inn. We will...
