I want to give 3.5 stars, restaurant is inside a hotel. It’s very clean, atmosphere is nice and good customer service. Pho was just average, the noodles didn’t taste fresh, felt like it was dried noodles rehydrated. Soup had a nice taste but lacking something to give it that extra umami sweetness that usually comes with pho. In saying that it wasn’t bad pho but it wasn’t excellent pho either but my friends and I did enjoy our meal.
