Had a terrible experience with the rather rude store clerk. After my partner asked to try a particular shoe size she guided both of us to sit down at a particular spot as she went to go get the shoe size for my partner. I still wanted to look around so I left my spot (literally just turned around to the one shoe rack they have) to look at a shoe for me but she came back and told me to turn around and return to my designated chair. I was taken back and a bit confused as to why I wasn’t allowed to browse further even though I wasn’t the one trying on a shoe. She even told my partner to shift over to make space for me to sit as I was still standing trying to browse and also just talking to my partner. BTW It wasn’t even busy there was like one other family in the store browsing and standing freely with the other store clerk. I have never had an experience like this before anywhere in any country.. Even though my partner liked the shoes and it fit her, we decided to take our money elsewhere. Really...

Today, we walked into a store to do some shopping. It was very crowded, so we started looking at shoes in the display. A man with a mustache—who we later realized was a sales assistant—suddenly started yelling at us, saying, “You can’t take items from the display! You should’ve asked first!”

We calmly explained that we didn’t see him, that we looked around, and that’s why we called for help. Despite our polite response, he continued shouting, repeatedly asking, “Do you understand me? Are you listening?”

At that point, we decided to leave the store. Incredibly rude staff and absolutely no sense of customer service. A place to avoid at all costs — we will...

I had been looking for the Mexico 66 in Ginza n Marunouchi but none of them have. Ginza was full of tourists from Asia to Europe…Just like they wanted to eat the shop up. When I almost gave up my bf said “let’s go to Roppongi, if they don’t have it then we’ll give up”. And guys khow what..I found the last 22,5 (us 5,5) size here! My clerk was very nice and gentle.
