Ustay Ueno — Hotel in Tokyo

Unfortunately i am unable to give no stars however if i could i would.||I've been sleeping on the floor for 3 nights so far on a 7 night booking.||I booked for 3 people||I contacted via email to confirm the bedding arrangements they confirmed that 3 beds would be provided.||I recieved by reply email confirmation that 3 "beds" would be provided|||The email promises a "futon bed" that in a subsequent email further advised it should be just right for our stay for my self 13 yo daughter snd 15 yo son.||The people who tennant the office down stairs in the same building advised that our room is only for 2 people.||It is a 2 person apartment ||2 towels|2 beds|2 knives|2 forks|2 pair chopsticks|2 pillows|2 bowls| |This room was advertised to sleep 3 people there is no way this apartment is for 3 people.||I am extremely dissapointed that I am still trying to convince the host that I am sleeping on the floor and now after 3 nights they have done NOTHING to rectify the situation.||i would make a strong recomendation not to stay in any place provided by this company.||I am extremely dissapointed that I am still trying to convince the host that I am sleeping on the floor ||I have put two blankets together...

Filthy place overall and utensils just placed on the cabinet not as shown in official photos in a tray inside a drawer. The tatami got stinks and the mattress is assembled foam square which is the thinnest and most uncomfortable bed ever slept in Japan.

The landlord left a contact number that can’t be reached (number not found) Had sent email to request early check in at around 15:30, got an text reply saying that the luggage can be stored in public area before checking in but there’s no one there to open the door. Tried to text the landlord again but didn’t get reply about the instruction to get in until almost 16:00 which is their official Check in time.

Got many better choice for the same budget.

Overall highly not recommend this place as it’s is very filthy and the management not being resilient to provide any assistance or help for luggage storage and earlier checking in. Not to mention, the place look very different that the photos and seem much smaller and cheap look with Daiso fake plants. The booking sites show photo of Terrance but turned out just a very tiny balcony with air conditioning being...

We were provided only 2 towels.

This room was advertised to sleep 3 people there is no way this room is for 3 people.

i would make a strong recomendation not to stay in any place provided by this company.
