SUPER RAJIKON Tokyo Akihabara Shop — Local services in Tokyo

One of worst experiences in Tokyo. My husband was really looking forward to coming here. We made the journey specially for this particular shop! And the reception was so upsetting. Completely ignored! No one said hello. No positive body language. Not friendly at all! We’ve travelled from England. This was very upsetting. Especially when my husband approached a shop advisor for help (There was about 6 guys behind the counter) & it was not busy! He was going to spend a lot of money. But the man was not interested. He poked my husband in the stomach hard to get his attention to follow him after my husband asked about a certain item. Then was told it was sold out when he could clearly see the item. This is unacceptable worldwide. And we were and are always respectful when travelling. We are a quiet family and follow rules and customs. 2024 Honest Accurate Review, I just visited them twice during my recent 5 days trip to TOKYO JP with the anxiety after seeing the negative reviews of bad experiences.

As I am newbie in RC drifting not so familiar with the parts and also considering how massive the items that they do keep at store I printed all my list of items WITH the SKU or Item Model Numbers from their Website(used Google English Translate).

Upon my arrival with my wife who do speaks almost like native Japanese Mr. OKADA was truly helpful and courteously attended to my list of items. And even accommodated our request to place order from HQ OSAKA (Luckily reached the restock delivery schedule) and reserve until my 2nd visit (2days after) to get it. But remind you that the store is busy most times wherein staffs won’t be able to assist you to pick numerous list of items.

I bought a very fair price 1/8 scale Kyosho Nitro Pickup Truck in Super Rajicon Hobby Shop that I need to equip with a cellphone english to nihonggo translator just to know if the big box is allowed to travel with me in 2 connecting local trains in Tokyo railways.
