Family Hotel — Hotel in Kaunas

We stayed in this hotel in January for 4 nights. It is extremely easy to reach as it is located just up the hill nearby the Old Town. I've read reviews complaining about the steep hill, but that's exactly the excercise you need after having a huge meal in one of the nearby restaurants.||The hotel has private parking place and several ensuite apartments. We stayed in the studio on the first floor. It was spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, hairdryer, mini fridge. The kitchen was fully equipped to make your own meals, but we preferred to eat out. There's even a washing machine in the bathroom, which families with small kids or longer staying guests could benefit from. Also need to mention free wifi!||Even though the hotel is located right in the city centre, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Our studio had a view of the back garden which was lovely and snowy this time of year. It was pretty spacious and would be great to chill on a relaxing summer night. The view from the back garden is amazing - you can see pretty a large chunk of the busy old town.||The owner lady was very nice and helpful, and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and shops.||Will definately be staying here again when we're in Lithuania...

Very nice well run and maintained family hotel. Bathroom small but well stocked and clean. Nice comfortable double bed with extra blankets and pillows in the cupboard. Microwave oven in the room alongside a small fridge. Tea and coffee facilities also available. Table in the room for using to enjoy any meals or drinks. Cutlery in a drawer and good lighting in the room. Safe and quite a nice locals area but be aware it's a steep walk up the hill to the hotel. There's steep steps going down into the centre if you walk upwards from the hotel. Supermarket and other stores nearby. Space for carparking and nice view...

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for two night to visit Kaunas. ||||Very large apartements. We had the ground floor apartment which had a lovely patio and a beautiful view over old town & also the top floor apartment. ||||Very clean with everything you needed inside. ||||Friendly owners who picked us up from the airport for a small fee and couldn't do enough for us.||Looking after our bags on the last day and even coming back to the apartment when we wanted to pick them up. ||||Will go back for sure and...
