HappyInn Rooms — Hotel in Kaunas

The room had no hot water. I called the reception, the administration were polite, but couldn't fix the problem and were saying that something happened beyond their control. (But now I see all over the review comments section that the problem with hot water happens not for the first time.) Very disappointing.

Besides that, the room wasn't presenting cleanliness. Spider webs and suspicious dirty spots on the bathroom door and walls... The bedding sheets and towels looked clean though.

I thought the location was very good, close to the bus station, but the neighborhood... Neighbors started playing loud music at 7 am. Then I saw some sketchy people behind the window having their morning smoke...

The most disappointing thing is that when I asked for a partial refund because of this unpleasant experience, the administration refused to give it.

THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN!! We arrived at 23:00 and we found our door code already entered and one card missing out of two. No one answered our calls, sms, mail, there was no way to contact them!!! The room very dirty as the shared bathroom (pee everywhere)!! The noisy neighbors suggest that is a meeting place for couples. These are not serious and honest people, so please do not make the same mistake,...

Definitely not the best place to stay. Broken boiler so no hot water, noisy neighbors at 2am, mold smell in the room. All inclusive. The only reason for two stars is super easy check-in and...
