Nice hotel with a great location.

Liked · Room was clean and quite stylish. The bathroom was spacious, had a nice bathtub and a proper rain-shower. Staff at the reception was professional and check-in and out was easy and fast. We had some questions about traveling in Lithuania and they knew all the answers we needed. The stay was all in all very good and comfy.

Disliked · In big picture the stay was good, but there were few things that they could do better.

Firstly there were some safety issues: Breakfast room is under the street level and there is only one staircase and one emergency exit. First morning we saw the janitor struggling with the emergency exit door lock and after he went through he locked the door again. There were also multiple fireproof doors not closing properly and mattresses etc. stored in emergency staircase. In addition there were some definitely dangerous places in section B staircase for small children, I will add pictures of these places.

Breakfast could be better, its not bad but neither four-star-hotel category. Im also pretty sure the salted fish was stale, because it weren't cooled at all when served for multiple hours.

I was abit disappointed that Deluxe room was in reality a totally normal room and it didn't even have a real double bed, instead it had a Grand Canyon in between.

It is a pity that the terrace on section B wasn't utilized despite of the great opportunity. There was good view, plenty of space and sunlight from noon to sunset.

All in all the experience was not bad these are only small things that could be...

This hotel is very well located within comfortable walking distance of the old part of the city and pretty much in the middle of the newer part of the city, we walked to the large shopping mall Akropolis I think it is called it took 15mins slow walk! There is no restaurant in the hotel but 12 steps to the right there is a lovely restaurant called Presto and twelve steps to the left is a mini supermarket plus there are numerous restaurants on the same street "Amber" was good food and value! Tex Mex does great burgers etc. The hotel is very quiet we were here while my wife had surgery so we wanted to relax and recover which was easily done the cleaner came each day mid morning she seemed to know who wanted to be left alone until later and she was great! All the staff were helpful! There is major renovation work going on on the main street they start around 8am and work to 5pm it was right outside our Window however it was not annoying at all there was digger work and lorries etc but it did not annoy us what so ever! I would definitely recommend this hotel, I have spent a week here already and im still here until 21st November 2018 im sure the works will continue well after Christmas before they are complete but dont let this put you off its a great Hotel! Fantastic Hotel! Stayed here for 8 nights 03/07/17-10/07/17. Traveled for personal reasons and stayed alone.

My room (203) was very comfortable, lovely big bed, soft pillows and bedding. Two lovely big windows that looked out into the pedestrian street below. Remote controlled air conditioning, TV lamps, bedside tables, mini fridge, wardrobe/shelves, hair dryer. Had more services (laundry etc) at an affordable price if needed.

Shower was powerful and warm and the bathroom was clean and bright.

All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and were available to me 24/7.

The breakfast was an optional extra at €3.50 if you wanted it. I'm not a big breakfast person but it was a standard European continental breakfast.

I would not hesitate to stay here again, I would recommend it to anyone I know and I honestly can not find one single flaw.

It's not some luxury hotel with fancy chocolate on your pillows every night (although you did get some first night!) and free miniature toiletries (but nice quality shampoo, liquid soap and shower gel supplied) but it is A+ 5* for what it is.

Absolutely everything you want in a City Center Hotel and incredibly cheap, considering. Sits above a lovely restaurant that you get a 20% discount to (Presto) and a mini supermarket (iki).
