Grill London in Kaunas, Lithuania.
The service in the restaurant is pleasant. The staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The waiters quickly take orders and can give recommendations on the menu. The wait time for food is tolerable, given that the meat is guaranteed to arrive piping hot.
The food at Grill London deserves special praise. The menu is varied, with an emphasis on grilled dishes, which is logical given the name. The products are fresh and prepared with high quality. Along with the meat, you can choose a sauce, side dish and salad for free, which is quite wide in choice. The portions are quite large, appropriate for the price, to satisfy even the hungriest guests. As for sweets, of all the establishments I've been to, this brownie is the biggest of all. It had a rich chocolate flavor but wasn't as moist on the inside as it should have been, but I didn't regret ordering it. The only criticism is the powdered sugar on the desserts. Although it gives the dessert an aesthetic appearance, not all guests may like it. It might be better if you offer to sprinkle powder at the guest's request. This will allow everyone to enjoy dessert in their favorite way.
The atmosphere at Grill London is relaxing due to its dim lighting, but coupled with the black interior it looks a little dirty. Music plays in the background without drowning out conversations.
I would recommend adding more London decor (even if it's cliché), a little more light, adding salt and pepper shakers to the tables, and raising the issue of adding powdered sugar to an already sweet dessert. There are no complaints about the staff. We came across a very nice waitress who tried to speak English to better understand each other. Despite the approaching closing of the establishment, she behaved extremely friendly and welcoming. There was no feeling that they wanted to send us out quickly, although we understand that such a temptation can arise when there are only a couple of tables left before closing. Overall, Grill London in Kaunas is a great place to have dinner with friends or family. The restaurant combines excellent service, a casual atmosphere and quality food that...

Service was a little on the slow side; we had already scanned the QR menus and picked out our dishes before anyone came to the table, so it felt like a bit of a wait.
As for the food, it was a mixed experience. The fried bread was outstanding easily the highlight of the meal. The iced tea wasn't quite what I was expecting (I had sweet tea in mind, but that was on me). The chicken itself was juicy but could have used a bit more seasoning, and the broccoli on the side arrived cold. The sweet potato fries, though, were very good.
Pricing was very reasonable for two people, even with tip, it camer 'o a very fair total. While the food didn't really blow me away, the atmosphere more than made up for it. I'd definitely recommend it as a nice place to relax and...

The waiter was seated us to the most unconvinient table on the corner with view to the door of the kitchen (from where smells not so good). In 10 minutes the table near window not far from us was free, so we kindly asked to change the table, but she refused and said it’s only for 4 people (we're 2), but in a few minutes 2 women came into cafe, and waitresses was seated them exactly to this table, for which we asked a moment ago. Therefore, to sum up, she preferred to give better service to lithuanian-speaking guests, even if we, non-lithuanian-speaking, asked for this table EARLIER. It was very weird and can be interpreted as the act of xenophobia. But the dishes were great and the...
