Absolutely Disgraceful Experience (NEVER RETURNING BACK)

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 PM. Out of courtesy, we asked if they could still serve us food before sitting down. They assured us it was fine. However, we ended up waiting an entire hour for our food, which didn’t arrive until 10:44 PM (just 15 minutes before closing).

Barely two minutes after the food arrived, a waitress came to the table with a visibly annoyed expression, handed us the bill, and started clearing the surrounding tables while throwing impatient glances our way. Despite their delay, we were being pressured to eat quickly. I continued eating at my own pace (after all, the long wait was not my fault).

Throughout our meal, the staff kept walking past us, clearly irritated, giving us dirty looks, and eyeing our plates as if to rush us out. Then the waitress returned, telling us that the restaurant should already be closed and that we needed to hurry up. I still had most of my plate untouched, so I replied, “What do you want me to do, choke on my food?” If they had warned us the food would take an hour, I would have left instead of staying.

To make things worse, she gave me a nasty look and sarcastically wished that I would choke on my meal before storming off. Meanwhile, the staff gathered nearby, openly gossiping about us for not eating fast enough. I ended up leaving the restaurant still chewing, practically being kicked out.

And the most funny part it’s that the meat was cold (after all the waiting).

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, rude, and utterly disrespectful. I will never be...

We went to the restaurant at 21:40 and asked them if it’s still fine to order food. They said yes, we sat down. The food came 1h late and they were about to close. Before even closing they we’re cleaning around all customers outside which already was uncomfortable but okay. Our food arrived and we started eating, 2 minutes eating we had to stop and pay, also fine. But after 1-2 minutes we got really mean stares and one waitress specifically came to us and asked us to eat faster as they close soon. We just started eating. We said it’s not our fault the food came so late, but they proceeded to clean really loudly adjusting all tables and clearly showing us that we should leave, with our plates half full. They put off the lights even. We had to eat so fast, we could not enjoy it at all. I completely understand that they want to close but this behaviour around us, walking by, staring at us, whispering in between each other, looking at our plates, made this experience really really bad. The tables around us had the same experience. It was very disrespectful as it was not our fault that we need to wait 1 hour for food, but we didn’t bother, but than giving us the claim for it was mean and disrespectful behaviour. Food is good but I’ll for sure not...

The food was delicious! Considering getting at the establishment right before the kitchen closes the chef did a wonderful job. It's a nice, cozy place to relax. I wish we have gotten there earlier. The issue was one server. This particular server was very disrespectful to ward my colleagues. She didn't let any of of them finish our sentence in order to place our order. She was not paying attention to what we were saying. She was clearly irritated that she had to serve our table. To make things worst she did not get our orders right. Also did not come to check on us how our food was till we started paying our bill which we were rushed to do so. I say this because they was another couple coming after us and they get way better attentiveness than us. I let my feeling known to the staff with colorful language which I would not put here.
