Rocknrolla bar&kitchen — Restaurant in Kaunas

I reserved a table for a football match and I was told that the game will be with the match sound. Me and my friends arrived at the place, the music was so loud (no match sound, just music!) that we had to scream at each other to communicate and it was impossible to watch the game as the reserved table was in front of a bar where every guest of the bar went to order drinks/coctails. Then the TV went off several times, it was lagging. One of the waitress was quite rude, ignoring us. Then I ordered vegetarian food and the salad was served with meat (when the dish was with fresh vegetables (?)). I usually leave just good reviews, but this time it was very unpleasant. By the way, I was asked to pay upfront 40€ for a table reservation via transfer or cash to “reserve” the place, but when I refused through the call, then they told is unnecessary to do that. The place and the location was very nice. We went there 3 weeks ago with my husband, 2 small kids and a friend. It was early evening and we had some drinks which were quite ok! The problem was how rude they were All of them! I mean.. we had to explain to our kids that sometimes people are rude with no reason. No smiling - nothing! With angry faces. At the beginning we had a high table (no chairs because the other tables have taken them) in front of the road and my husband just took a stool from another table because our friend had pain in the back. The guy there came and took the stool because it doesn’t belong to this table!! He told us to wait a bit and they could find a table. After 15 min he found the table but all the people working there were rude in comparison with the locals and they were smiley...

I’d recommend the BBQ chicken wings and the fish and chips, those meals were actually quite good. The service was excellent and attentive. However we had some trouble with the food.

The Quesadillas: We ordered 3 of these dishes, and each person eating them was displeased. The dish produced a bad odour, poor meat quality, and was incredibly oily. Some in the family would go so far as to say they were tasteless.

The Steak: This dish cost €25, does it look like a €25 steak to you? The person eating it compared it to a hockey puck. We have suspicions that a beef patty was used instead of a proper cut of steak. There was too many peppercorns, and inner-flavour was bland.
