Holiday Mansion Inn — Hotel in Borneo

The best thing about this hotel is the comfort, the bidet and the convenient location. I got the king-sized bed this time and it was quite spacious, Loved the atmosphere and the bidet in the toilet really helps to clean when you're doing toilet business. The water pressure is good on the first floor, second floor not so much. It's also close to most shops in Sibu Town within walking distance like Premier Hotel, the market, Wisma Sanyan, Maybank, and also close to many eateries like 大同居(Happy Family Ice and Refreshment House), well-known for its vegetarian delicacies, Noodle House (has different kinds of kampua) and Cafe Cafe (western delight), as well as momNpop kopitiams.

2025 UPDATE: This hotel is no longer partnered with OYO/Agoda/other travel apps. In my humble opinion, the quality has deteriorated a lot, especially the on water pressure. Have bidet=no use because the water pressure is too weak. Nevertheless if you're still interested to book the hotel, you'll have to call their number. Parking is easier to find compared to...

Check In time suppose to be 2pm. But when we reach at 2pm, the room is not yet prepare (reason given bcs the housekeeping not yet come) and also not sure when can be ready for us to check in. We urgently need to use the room to be ready for dinner but they let us wait don’t know until when . Never once encountered this kind of issue before at others hotel. The worst part is already pay the booking fees and cannot refund. If can refund better go to other hotel . Worst...

Good. Basic facility. Sorry to give you 1 star for the service. The lady staff is like rude and not really helpful. They like to sit at the smaller table by the stair. I thought they were guest as well. Room need to be a bit ventilated. Like it's stagnant air. Better circulation. Clean toilet. I stay here for the sleep not to stay whole day in room. No need TV. Was here for work...
