Staff are very patient and friendly, always there for my need without complaining (the only pro of this hotel) but it’s still the WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. Personally speaking, I am not a picky person when it comes to hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotel before but none of them are worse like this. I don’t ask for much when I know it’s a 3 star, but this hotel did not even provide basic facility. Air con is leaking, shampoo holder and sink are broken, most importantly their floor is super duper stinky and oily. Typically guys wouldn’t be particular in a hotel’s condition/cleanliness but when we first stepped into the room my boyfriend already felt disgusted of the floor. We have asked the cleaner to wipe 3 times but they say is the chemical that they use which makes the floor stinky. End up we have to ask the cleaner to wipe the fourth time again with a changed detergent and we have to dry it off with the floor carpet ourselves only the floor feels cleaner. CLEANLINESS IS A HUGE ISSUE IN THIS HOTEL. On top of that, no shampoo is provided. TV has no channel to watch. Read moreUnder a Butterworth Penang private tour arrangement which gave me room no.103 which has a faulty door lock n missing 3 remote controls plus hair dryer. Check in 30/4 out 2/5. Due to my complaints,the tour guide insist to change hotel to satisfied me which I rejected. Later he came into my room to put me in room 214 which I was satisfied after viewing whereby I realised I checked into a earlier room with missing items. I though the matter has been settled but somehow the tour guide post in his FB page that the customer was blacklisted by hotel which was referring me indirectly. Anyway,I realised the room 214 that I check in is not under my name but the front desk ppl assure me it doesn't matter when I collected breakfast voucher. I need an explanation from the management as the tour guide claimed he need to apologize to the management without my knowledge but instead he said that he will let the management meet me to apologize which I didn't request. After the trip ended I didn't take further action but he still exaggerated in his FB that he encountered demanding customers who requested for 5 star hotel n accusing untrue issued...

Then they say it was an error. 2nd.when i leave for my activity in the morning. I told the receptionist to clean the room.nothing is done when I arrive back at 5.45pm..I call the receptionist to ask some one to clean the room. Waited for 15 min.
