We visited on Friday evening for dinner. They are really very busy and crowded. We ordered our food and picked some fish from their selection... they have live options in tanks, but the non-live fish they told us were RM60/kg, regardless of what fish. Make sure you check the gills... cos when I checked, I found one of the fish my husband selected was very old and slimy to the point the gills were grey/brown colour. Take note some of the fish may not be fresh. It was also quite challenging as it seems they cannot speak much English. Another slightly dissappointing thing was that there was a strong smell of rubbish and drainwater/sewage in the entire area. Food took a very long time to arrive. They served our stir-fry vegetables first... but no cutlery at all and no plates or rice. Even after we asked several times politely for cutlery we were ignored for a long time... it was only after I insisted and raised my voice a bit that they did help us to find forks and spoons. By the time we were given cutlery and plates the food was already cold. The fish when it arrived was actually quite delicious. We ordered ikan bakar with turmeric, and nyonya style. Both were delicious and well cooked. But you must be patient because everything takes a long time. You can buy beer from the bar next door and bring it over, they have no problems with that. To pay there was also a long queue... so this is definitely not somewhere to go in a rush. The food is good, but there were also many shortcomings that otherwise spoiled the experience a bit. And of course expect to pay tourist prices in this...

For the food , quite dissapointed with the taste and freshness of the food as im expecting more in places that serves seafood as their specialty . Ordered sotong telur masin and udang nestum but the taste was far from what i ordered . For the sotong telur masin felt like eating sotong with curry powder, and for the prawn they just sprinkle nestum to the dish . Staff services excellent ❤️. Price considered cheap but food was terrible . For the atmosphere , quite dirty with rubbish everywhere (maybe because its a peak time) , and air pollution is the main culprit . Smelly odour along the restaurant but not their fault 100% as there are so many restaurant around this places . Maybe they can take initiative to clean their place and put some air freshener for customer comfort . They can change their table cloth daily for cleanliness purpose . Overall if you are seeking for tasty seafood , consider...

Great seafood restaurant. I love the vibes that this restaurant brought up. The environment is great too. Always full of people so that makes it really happening and very crowded hehe. Great for family gathering and group gathering as well.

The menu here are fascinating. The lobsters are my favourite. Really great with perfect portion, perfect mixture and ingredient. I'd give this compliment to the chef as well! Else are great too but the lobsters still my favourite.

The services here pretty good. Not too bad not too quick. It's normal since there's a lot of customers here though so I understand the situation! But what I like about the services the most, they're friendly though. Their interaction makes it more great.

Overall, it's great. Totally should try for...

1) Not many people during non peak hrs (5 pm) and yet the service was slow 2) Food was average, we bought lobsters and fish from Mabul Fishing village. The restaurant charged RM25 to cook per dish. RM 30 to cook 4 lobsters. 3) A friend claimed that a waitress was rude to her when she went to check if her order was ready (ta pau). We also called another waitress to ask for cili potong, she saw us but walked away. We asked for extra plate, took forever to send to us 4) Toilet - no water, so collected water from the tap at the ground floor. Asked for soap, but was not entertained 5) You may be disturbed by children asking for money or trying to sell you things. They even will hold or touch you. So if you wanted peace, better go to 1st floor and dine in there
