Pros: Location is unbeatable right on the waterfront smack dab in the heart of KK City Several malls, shops and grocery stores all within walking distance Right next to the popular waterfront area for dinner/pubs Views are amazing

Cons: This building desperately needs a renovation. It's moldy, cracked in parts and leaking in others It's not residential—mainly only AirBNB/Agoda tourists who can be a bit noisy/heedless of others (I'm looking at you, screaming kids at the pool) The pool is constantly "Closed" for maintenance though everyone always uses it anyway Power outages seem pretty consistent inside the flats

Overall: This building was probably pretty great in its heyday but it's falling apart now. We stayed 2 nights and that was more than enough for us to decide to move into a...
