I am actually shocked at how bad our massage experience was this afternoon. When we arrived we were shown a different menu with more expensive prices than online, the staff tried to sneakily remove the cheaper menu and only gave it back when I pointed out I could see he was taking the cheaper menu away. The massages we had were awful, very hard and painful and the massage therapist seemed very inexperienced or distracted. My husband only had one arm massaged, she forgot to do the other one. The head massages involved them just scratching our heads and very painful pressure to the temples. The room was freezing cold and the massage finished at 80 mins (paid for 90mins). We didn’t complain about that early finish because we were ready for it to be over. Honestly don’t understand all of the good reviews here, this was the worst massage of my life. So...

We were there about 4.30pm and had a 2 hour foot massage. Deliberately, so we could catch the sunset. And it didn't fail us. It was the highlight of the massage 🥰

The massage was okay. I guess that's because we've been spoilt 🤣 While I'm not complaining, I like a strong footrub. The others seem happy with theirs. To each its own 🥳

However, I must say that the receptionist and the masseuses were polite and obliging.
