Aura Hotel, Kuala Lumpur — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Well, its an equal hotel with an equal room rate. but one thing, its a major problem in a room facility of an hotel if they have a problem with the water. the water didn't work at all. The staff offered us to take a shower in another room in Level 1 which lil bit funny and odd for us because our hotel room is level 2. why didn't they offered us to move the room anyway. they also provided us 1 towel each day meanwhile we pay for two people in the room, when I asked for more towel they said that they just only provide one for each room. ||that are basic things that a hotel should fulfill, I don't mind with the condition of the room and the lack of another additional facility such as bathroom amenities and TV set or internet connection if we compered with the low room rate of the hotel its equal. like I said before we got what...

I found this hotel in traveloka and I do think that this is a budget hotel . This hotel is located in Bukit Bintang (Jalan Changkat) and really easy to find . The service is just good . They always gave two bottles of mineral water everyday . But they do not provide breakfast . The water hitter was perfectly works for me . But one thing that notice me the most were the wifi and the air conditioner . Sometimes the AC was cold enough but sometimes it didn't feel at all . And the wifi, they need to refresh it maybe 4-5 times a day to keep the speed up . But it was just okay for me . Since this located near bukit bintang, you will never get bored and even hungry when staying at...

This is the worst hotel there is...I fully understand that it is a budget hotel but the problem is event price they is still not worth it! we booked in this hotel last May for 2 nights for a superior room w/ window. When we arrive no staff assisted with our luggage they just gave the key just show the direction to the room, when we get to our room it was small & sticky all over it and the smell of cigarette reeks all over the room and floor. AC is needs maintenance and never gets cold LITERALLY never......Bathroom is a mess toilet flush that doesn't work black out curtains almost falling this is the worst and one of the biggest mistake I made booking...
