Eco Hotel @ Bukit Bintang — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I stayed 3 nights along with my family in two double bed rooms and one triple bed room.

Overall experience was not bad. Rooms are clean. Drinking water bottles are available in the room. And you also can take cool and hot drinking water from their filter anytime if needed.

Staffs are so friendly and supportive. Whatever we requested, they never denied and tried to provide with smile. So I would like to thanks to them. And also during check-in, they tried their best to customise the booking and give the suitable rooms as per our request.

This is a budget friendly hotel. I recommend this. Though location is not so interesting. You have to walk little to go to Bukit Bintang. But the place is calm and quite. Firstly we were worried about nearby restaurants and foods. But we found few good restaurants nearby of the hotel. And also there is Lalaport shopping mall beside of the hotel. You can have different types of foods from its food court. The hotel has its own restaurant. You can also order and eat foods from there but before 9pm, because they close the restaurant at 9pm.

This is a small hotel. Rooms are small and there is no window in rooms. No complain about cleanliness. Bathrooms are ok and big enough. I would suggest them to not use the spray in the room after cleaning. Because the smell is bad. Complimentary breakfast was average. It can be improved. However, mostly staffs behaviour and support impressed us a lot.

So overall we are happy to stay there. I have no issue to recommend this...

Worst experience to book a hotel in my life. If you ever trying to book this hotel, think twice as it may ruin your holidays.

I made a reservation on 1st Nov through WhatsApps and confirm the booking for 5-7th Nov. However, they informed me that the hotel is full house today(4th Nov). And no further message from them. I ask if can change to others room? Or any other solutions? And their action is seen my message. Can you imagine how hard to book another hotel the day before the trip?

And I dont understand that how will a successful booked turn out to be "no room for me" ? And no further reply upon this issue even make me more disappointed. So this is the way Eco Hotel treat customer?

I can accept apologize but the point is through their action you can feel the "sincerity" of their apologize. If the lowest rating is 0 star then I wouldn't rate...
