If I could give 0 for a restaurant, this will definitely win the first spot.
Food: They got a subpar menu with subpar taste too. Service: Its the worst I've ever gotten. Atmosphere: I will give 4/5 for effort but the place is not accounted for if both food and service is shit.
Managing reservation (we waited 1 hour + to be seated): We were a group of 8 people who actually put so much effort into our outfit during Halloween to gather at this place for our annual dinner. We made a reservation for 8 pax at 9.30PM (appropriate thinking we could have dinner here & leave to someplace else to continue the night). When we asked the PIC, she informed us that we need to wait as the group before us is not done with their food yet, and even after being done with their food they didnt want to leave the table despite waiters started cleaning up. The PIC told us she had done everything in her power to "hint" them to leave. Which again comes back to the question, why didnt you time cap your table reservation if you know you have a full house?
Waiting time: We waited 1 hour + for us to be seated from the time of our reservation. Which we contemplated thinking if we should go someplace else, but still did not want to ruin our annual dinner with some bitter experience, we stayed! Upon seating, we then ordered at 10.30PM and waited for 1 drink to be served at 11.15PM (Keep in mind we ordered 8 main dish, 8 drinks + 2 dessert). We still waited for our dishes to be out one by one and only 4 main dish came through after asking on multiple accounts. We still waited patiently & when we ordered we specifically told the person taking our order at the counter that we wanted our dessert after all main dish has been served but instead of getting our main dish first, we got our dessert because "the kitchen is closing and we are clearing". Idk who in the right mind would say that. And lastly we waited till 12.05AM to confront the PIC again for a refund which she refunded for 2 of our pizza's + gave us a voucher (cuz i dont think they ever prepared that for us).
Caring for your customer: The PIC & the waiter group seem to walk past our table like nothing ever is happening. The rest of the other tables after us (they were seated after us) got their food and drinks. For us its took 1.5 hours to get 6 main dish, 8 drinks + 2 dessert. We spent RM 400+ for this shitty experience. During the order, we asked the person taking our order how long would it take and he said maximum 30mins + and we also asked if we can get drinking water cuz we were really parched (which they said would be sent and WE GOT NOTHING).
Service: While we were standing to be seated in the beginning, we noticed everyone getting goodie bags (trick/treat stuffs & a bunch of things in it) being handed out to every customer leaving the restaurant and we expected the same for us but when we were leaving all the ones working there just pretended as if we did not just spend RM 400 + 3 hours in there with their non-existent service to tolerate.
In overall, if you think you're going to have fun.. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL. Our worst HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE! The only thing that kept us alive was the dogs tat...

@spillstone has just launched their Christmas menu!
Their old-fashioned eggnog drink is a classic holiday beverage with a rich and creamy flavor. Served chilled and garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top, this traditional drink is synonymous with festive celebrations during Christmas.
I had their sunrise drink which consist of decaf espresso, fresh orange juice and Soda water. Decaf espresso, fresh orange juice, and soda water come together to create a refreshing and unique beverage. The decaf espresso provides a robust and aromatic coffee base without the caffeine, while the fresh orange juice adds a bright citrusy sweetness. The soda water contributes a bubbly effervescence, creating a well-balanced and invigorating combination. This drink offers a harmonious blend of flavors, making it a delightful choice for those seeking a non-alcoholic, energizing, and flavorful option.
Their chikin pancake is to die for! It is a savory twist to the traditional pancake dish. It involves tender, crispy chicken atop a stack of pancakes. This combination offers a delightful contrast of flavors, with the sweetness of the pancakes complementing the savory taste of the chicken.
Their San Francisco prawn pasta features succulent, perfectly cooked prawns paired pasta. The sweetness of the prawns melds with the savory notes of the sauce, creating a harmonious and satisfying flavor profile.
ZMEI is chicken filled pounded and rolled around butter, parsley and garlic. Coated with egg and bread crumbs and fried to perfection. It’s seared to golden brown. The chicken is moist while absorbing the rich flavors of the butter, the freshness of parsley, and the aromatic essence of garlic. The result is a succulent, beautifully seasoned chicken dish with a burst of savory goodness in every bite.

Read moreA heartfelt thank you to Spillstone Coffee for making my gender reveal so special!
I hosted my gender reveal party here and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff, especially Vivian and Xin Yu, were absolutely amazing!
I didn’t hire a deco team so was worried about the step up but it didn’t matter because they were always one step ahead. Vivian helped unload decorations from my car, arranged everything beautifully, and even took on the role of a photographer. She captured all the important moments and sent me the edited photos the next day—for free. I literally teared up. Xin Yu was just as thoughtful, checking in on food timing to make sure everything was served hot and fresh and helped babysit my dog too.
The event was at 12PM which gave us bright, cheerful lighting for photos. Just a heads-up that it can get a little warm if the sun’s strong. The space is pet-friendly too—I brought my dog Aiden, and guests could easily order extra food or coffee during the event which made things super convenient.
The space itself is so lovely. The neutral beige and white tables and chairs fit my theme perfectly. I went with their lunch set which was tasty, though next time I’d add on more variety, maybe even bring in extra food if needed. The staff even helped plate and slice the cake beautifully so I didn’t have to worry about anything.
If you’re looking for a place to host a small party of 25 - 30 people, with thoughtful service and a warm atmosphere, this is the one. I would 100% host another event here again!
Thank you Spillstone team for making it all feel so personal and...
