Honest review here, the owner was super kind to upgrade our room bcs i booked a room tht is actually suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. the owner want us to be more comfortable so he upgraded our room for free. thankyou so much i appreciate it a lot. Even the chinese guy at counter was also very kind and friendly. the room is clean enough and the bed sheets are changed. also got free toothbrush&toothpaste and water. perfect stay for such a good price. definitely will choose to stay here again if im going to KL. its just that the parking are limited, i went on weekdays. idk where to park if its on weekends / if the hotel room are fully booked. maybe they got another parking space ? idk have to ask them. the location alsoo near to everything. u can just walk...

The rooms are relatively clean with the absolute necessities. I was impressed that no one even entered the room to check if he needed anything. As a result, when we came back exhausted at 11 in the evening and wanted to relax and rest, I had to get dressed, go down to the reception, and beg for toilet paper and soap. Hotel is at good location as per price-wise, hop-on & hop-off 10 to 15 minute walk. Bukit Bintang you can reach in 10 minutes by walk where you can have a everything from expensive water, bit expensive food (i suggest eat at bukit bintang) to shopping or you can have other options behind the hotel that save money like you can have a food you want and mini marts where you can buy cheap water and other things at normal rate as compare to Bukit Bintang. Hotel staff is very kind they upgrade our room without any extra charges. Rooms and washrooms were clean but after using washroom the floor is wet for a time which is not a big issue so if hotel put viper in washroom it will be good. I sure stay at this hotel next time.
