Hotel Sentral Pudu — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

My stay here was quite very long for business purposes.

👉🏾Reception: Check-in process fast, and the staff are super friendly. I have booked a standard room but found out later on the guy gave me a Delux Room as a surprise.

👉🏾Room: On the 13th floor with a nice view. The room is big, very comfortable and has got a fridge, a water-boiler, and a desk to work. TV was only a few channels, but for me, it doesn't matter at all. Everything was good. Unfortunately, the Internet connection wasn't the best, but it's still ok to use it. ( Technical issues. ) Housekeeping was far away than i have expected, as they came every day to change bedsheets in the room and provided very good hospitality, either there are no signage in the room to hang these in front door. The bed itself is very compfy for me. Bedsheets are white and understandable when turns a bit yellow, with time to time. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and gave me additional tea/ coffee bags as well. Air-conditioning is not any remote to change the temperature, but it is accepted to switch manually. 👉🏾Breakfast: Breakfast for me was exceptional, but ok, nothing to complain about it but somedays there are a few Indian/parkistan/ whatever... sorry to mention this, but... armpit smells very bad as probably didn't take a shower in the morning. I would recommend not to get close to them during the breakfast unless they are more clean from toe to head. 👉🏾Place: Close to market and shopping mal with a very good surrounding. Walking distance to get to train or pavillion centre , shopping mal also very close. Very good location.

Overall, i would give 4.5 💫

If i visit KL again, i will definitely choose to stay at this place again. Highly recommend. I suggest seeing you by your own eyes rather than reading lots of bad reviews. Herewith, i certify that my review is far more than countable and true, as i here can provide evidence. Please book and see it by yourself.

This hotel is a bit far from bukit Bintam. You need to walk around 15 mins to the train station, take a train, and then you can reach bukit Bintam.Around the hotel don't have a food stall, the same thing you need to walk around 15 mins then can reach food stall, this area a bit quiet, not safe to walk at night, beside hotel many shop, but all no open, no many people in the street, not advise for lady and family with child. I checked in around 8.30pm, and I booked for 3 days 2 nights here.During my booking , I required a queen bed .When I checked in, they arranged for me a 2 single bed without my noted, a lady from the front office saying, "She upgraded me to premium room [ 2single bed ] for free, as "Queen's bed is not suitable for us.I stay or she stay?How to she know queen bed is not suitable for us.The room doesn't have toothpaste and a small body shampoo only.On the last day, I was required to extend one night , and a lady from the front office told me that if I needed to extend ,I got to pay for extra, as the room currently I stay is premium room, I told her I did not required for upgrades to premium room during my checked in the 1st night, if you want to change back to the original room when i required, I'm OK, I told her I don't mind to change room , if will cos very inconvenient for both of us, then she say will ask her boss, ending I stay the same room without charge me extra. Just to highlight, the night staff at the front counter both very unfriendly . Ask him something he all says, Don't know, you wait morning 7am ask the counter team.I don't understand why you put them night shift and everything don't know Room cleaning needs to be improved as we find some insects around the wall running around. For this price, I am sure not coming again...

Hotel was totally bad services. I know i just pay RM200+ something for staying 2 night but please don't treat me like I'm not paying anything during staying here. The door even can't be opened. You need to call someone to come with you from the receptionist to opened the door for you. Not even that, theres someone want to get in inside your room in early morning without knock or press the bell door. My friend was in shock that time, the toilet door was opened during she taking her showers. That's totally horrible thing during staying here. That's really unprofessional. I was asking if I can change the room since last night I was check in but they say there's no room available. Than the security the guy following me told me since last night that the maintenance staff will fix the door around 11.00pm than I keep waiting but not even 2 person coming but totally no show up. In the afternoon I informed the housekeeping too about this issue, but still no one coming. What the bad services I had until now. Than now i'm coming at the reception inform this problem but still, they say I need to wait for tomorrow morning again to fix the door. And the lady at the reception tell me to change room now. Why now? Why not since last night. Please anyone if looking for staying room, dont ever come here if you don't want to facing same problem with me. I hope this hotel will improve...
