I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I have come to expect from Burger King.
1.Excessively Long Wait Time : I experienced an extremely long delay in receiving my order, which was well beyond what would be considered reasonable for a fast food establishment. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy, the service was painfully slow.
Hygiene Issues : I also noticed multiple hygiene concerns, including [unclean tables, food debris on the floor, improperly handled food, even the kitchen look very dirty from outside .]. Such conditions raise serious concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment and adherence to food safety regulations.
Poor Customer Service : one employee was screaming very high to communicate the order number, which make me really inconfortable.

Read moreRUDE ILL MANNERED STAFFS. Wife came to order, cashier woman keot playing with her phone, wife had to call out nicely, then cashier woman and all the staffs were very unwelcoming and rude. Why is she shouting at my wife? We wanted ala carte, she kept asking "seketul/one piece of fry or one set", then raising her voice. Had to keep repeating "ala carte" but the mak cik kept shouting "burger or chicken set". When my wife got upset and saif "never mind" bc she kept shouting and being angry/rude for no particular reason, the woman and several staffs shouted "woi", you'd have thought we were the one being rude or slapped the mak cik. When i came in to ask they including the manager wanted to justify they were right. Traumatizing, bad experience with rude staffs.
