AJ SENSE SALON — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

I do not recommend this salon to anyone. They charged me an extremely high price, and I feel scammed. It seems like they charge more to customers they don’t know. I was charged RM600 even though I only have medium-length hair.

I initially wanted to do a relaxing treatment, but they convinced me to do a keratin treatment instead, claiming it would last 6 to 12 months depending on how I care for my hair. But just three days later, my hair became frizzy again. It was a complete waste of money — the treatment had no quality at all.

I’ve done keratin treatments at other salons before, and they lasted for up to a year. This was the worst experience I’ve had. Totally not...

I have done hair relaxing treatment however it make my hair curly in a bad way instead of straight… only the front part of my head was done probably….

I went and asked for redo and they also focused on the above part and rest of my hair not . I even texted them in whatsapp to complain they didn’t reply!!! Though they always reply to my inquiries… i am really disappointed with the results… my daughter done the same treatment in other saloon yesterday however the results are really good ( though my hair is way better then my daughter) however once i saw the results i wont recommend this place to anyone.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the character and service of AJ Sense, and if given the opportunity to rate my experience, I would assign a negative score of -100. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon unless it is absolutely necessary.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the guy named Jack. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this was not the case during my visit.
