A Delightful Chicken Experience at Jollibee with Exceptional Service. Rating: ★★★★☆
I recently visited Jollibee and indulged in their spicy chicken, and I must say, it was a truly satisfying experience. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a delightful balance of spice and tenderness that left me craving for more. The fact that it was well done and had perfectly rendered fat added an extra layer of flavor that elevated the overall taste.
One thing that stood out during my visit was the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was enjoyable. As a gesture of appreciation, they surprised me with a complimentary mango peach pie, which was a delightful addition to my meal. It's worth noting that their eagerness to collect official feedback speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Jollibee has always been known for its delicious fast food offerings, and this visit further solidified their reputation in my eyes. The spicy chicken was undoubtedly the star of the show, with its crispy exterior and juicy meat. The flavors were well-balanced, making it a perfect choice for those who appreciate a little kick in their meal.
In addition to the delectable chicken, Jollibee's mango peach pie was a delightful surprise. The crust was flaky and golden, while the filling had a wonderful combination of sweet mangoes and tangy peaches. It served as a refreshing end to my meal and left me wanting to try more of their dessert options in the future.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Jollibee. Their spicy chicken, cooked to perfection with well-rendered fat, left me thoroughly satisfied. The staff's exceptional service and the complimentary mango peach pie only enhanced my visit. I highly recommend giving Jollibee a try for a flavorful and enjoyable fast food experience.

Read moreThe food was alright/ok,but this was probably the worst service I've ever experienced. We ordered on Christmas Eve, at 09:25.We waited for the order for an hour and my children were starving. The worst part was there were grab cab people that ordered after us coming in and taking their orders.I had to go upto the counter to ask for a refund so that I can take my time and money elsewhere. They panicked and served us quickly but it was too little too late.
Issues we faced:
Super late service given it's fast food (and not fine dining) They ran out of ice, so we had to drink our Pepsi without ice. Eww. They mixed up a different drink with the Pepsi which was horrible. They had switched off the air con making the inside super warm. They gave us a single piece of napkin for three people. Even street food stalls can do better than that.
Don't recommend this place at all if you want fast food. Also, they give priority to online orders rather than dine...
Read moreI'm biased to Jollibee as it is part of my childhood. However, I need to compare them on what I am familiar with:
ChickenJoy pieces are on the small side although I am comparing it from the competition like KFC and Texas. But if you compare the taste, Jollibee is better. It is not as tasty that you can compare back home but I think these is due to the ingredients that must follow local regulations. This is also true with KFC and Texas.
Jolly Hotdog uses chicken and not beef. It is understandable as this is catering to the major locality. It is still yummy but I am still partial to the original beef hotdog.
The Amazing Aloha Burger is kind of smaller from what I know. But again, all the burgers from McDonalds to Burger King have shrunken in size for the last decade. The bun has no sesame seeds in them. The patty and the taste is almost the same back home.
I am glad that Jollibee is here now and I hope it stays and have more branches on the...
